“So Ottas was really nice and the bloke calls me as the order I made was unable to be done as they were out of stock of one of the Crabs (UV) so they asked if I was happy to replace and I said ok. If I was running this business I would of put something extra or a note as thank you or just something for the inconvenience. but the Cranka Crabs are a great product and the price was the best here. I just personally would have looked after a customer who was happy to bend for their mistake and shown appreciation.”

“Service on the phone was great. Online ordering is easy and works well. Australia Post tracking is great and delivery was quick. The courier company for the rod though was slow and the tracking vague and inaccurate. Overall though Ottos is fantastic to deal with and I’m on board from here on.”
