“Ive remarked to several people recently that Ottos is an excellent example of what a bricks and mortar and online retailer needs to be in this wild and new world of online . In summary I’ve been buying from them ( online as i live in Brisbane ) for 3 or so years and the pricing is always sharp , they have stock ie i don’t wait weeks for it to arrive and most importantly I have found the advice from them over the phone to be truly excellent .”

“Very unhappy with the outcome a waste of my time A forgettable experience Ottos were unable to supply the rod after a 3 month wait, so had to do a refund. Went to Sneaky Fisho had the same rod delivered within the week, won’t be coming back to Ottos ever again 😠”

“Very disappointed Purchased a reel online , heard nothing for a week, I then contacted Ottos and got told there was an issue I called back the next day and was told the item was not in stock and I would receive a refund I then asked about the next size down which Also showed in stock, I was then told they were out of stock as well. Very disappointed which added extra stress to a recent fishing trip. The refund came back to my account fast without issue Overall after purchasing several items over the years. I’ve lost faith in the company and will Use local retail outlets in the future”

“we have bought an item from you , but have yet to receive it , even though we are getting messages saying you have tried to deliever to us , or an attempt has been made ! mmmm well if the the person has tried to deliever to us he should be the worlds no1 hide and seek champ as we have not seen or heard of anyone trying to deliever to us and we are a fishing lodge open virtually 24/7 and no one has shown on our cctv or made themselves known to our staff saying they are from the courier company ! we guess the item will show eventually , when ? who knows ?”
