“I bought a Penn reel as a present for my husband. It was a competitive price & delivered very promptly. It turned out not to be what he wanted, so he went to the shop & Louis personally helped sort out a more suitable reel for him, with no hassle about the exchange. Hubby very happy, & will shop there again. He can't speak highly enough about Otto's & is telling his mates.”

“There was an issue with stock availability and Otto's were fantastic in their communication, they called to offer a resolution and then when we decided to wait for availability refunded postage and sent the item out express when it was back in stock, 3 days later.”
