“Otto's Tackle World - poor rate. 1. When I made an order , I didn't receive a confirmation email for it. I can print it only at the moment of purchase. 2. I understand that my order has been splited in two diffrent boxes, becouse of Otto's Tackle World internal roles. That cost me double fees for DHL as a custom representative company. 3. I bought my items with a deiscount because of Black Friday, but Otto's Tackle World declare a full value when shipped, again without an invoice. I paid higher Custom taxes and VAT based on that . 4. I am still waiting to receive an invoice for my order - 8 days after purchase! In general, do not reccomend this shop for online orders.”

“Have been dealing with Otto's Tackle World for many years, initially in the shop when I lived in Sydney and now online as I'm interstate. The staff have always been super responsive both in answering any questions I've had as well as resolving any issues with my order which only happened once and was fixed immediately. Pricing is also very competitive. Continue to shop at Otto's.”
