“It was a pleasure working with OLT who worked through a customs issue and all of my concerns and questions regarding the arrival and construction of my Garden in a Box Kit with Birdnetting Cover. A wonderful company and staff!”

“Ordered the architect knotty siding. The photos showing bevel lap siding were not accurate. The shed came with T&G siding. I ordered the shed because it matched the siding on our house so was disappointed.”

“The instructions were easy to follow . Many pieces had knots were the screw holes were to go, which caused some splitting in the wood. The door height should be adjusted so it’s “1/4-1/2” less than the front frame to allow the door to open easily..”

“The black frame was green, was sent a second frame in green when I was promised black. I had to have someone paint them for me, additional cost after spend almost $2000. Customer service was poor right up to one laughing at me when I wanted the frame to be black he said that it’s not his fault the manufacturer change the color. So sad”

“Product was as advertised. Very compact packaging. Would highly recommend the additional $100 to have them take it off the truck for you. My driver had a pallet jack and delivered to my garage and I was able to unpack as needed. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. This company was a pleasure to do business with.”
