“Very service-oriented company. Good to deal with.”

“I’m so impressed with the quality of the shed. It took us a solid weekend and a bit of another Saturday to assemble it (factor in a toddler running around underfoot), not including the concrete pad poured earlier, but it was worth it. The shed complements my historic rowhouse and provides ample storage space for the back patio, and the cedar smells great to boot. Highly recommend.”

“I'm in the States. OLT provided fantastic engagement, easing any worries you may have because they are shipping from Canada. The ordering process was easy, and there were multiple emails from OLT during order prep and ship. A very pleasant call finalized the shipment, and the delivery went smoothly.”

“I absolutely love my shed... I completely insulated it from floors to ceilings and then covered it is white bead board.. I used Thompson water seal on the outside and accented with the sage green of my home.. Everything came with this to build and never had any issues what so ever... Love this and would buy other products from the company ... Excellent customer service and fast delivery... Thank you so very much”

“We have had our shed now for 12 months and it held up extremely well to the four seasons of Ontario. It stayed dry on the inside all winter and has weathered nicely into this summer. Service and delivery were full of great communication.”

“I purchased a 12x8 raised garden bed and included the deer fence option. From start to finish, my experience with Outdoor Living Today was great. Their customer service was superb and every interaction was polite and customer focused. My package arrived on schedule with all parts and clear instructions. My wife and I, along with our two young kids, built the box together with minimal frustration. On the day of the build we not only built the box, but we also created positive memories. Our garden is now thriving.”

“We absolutely love our garden shed. From calling to confirm our order, talking to Lindsay, she was awesome, took me through the whole shipping process. And when I had a question, I talked to Ute, she was fabulous also. She took me through the delivery process. We have nothing but great things to say as they went over and beyond to help with their customer service. Love the directions for the shed, easy to read, pictures and all parts marked and what steps they went to, that was a lifesaver. I wasn't sure if my husband wanted to put it together and I had someone else on the back burner just in case but it was easy and I just can't say enough how wonderful the company and their product is. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for making a great product, easy to read instructions and having excellent employees. Thank you, Leslie and Dave Wells, Sacramento, CA USA”
