“Awesome Canadian wood product. Excellent step by step instructions. Super well packaged. Outstanding customer engagement. Great advice on staining. Product delivered ahead of time with no damage!”

Helpful Report

“OLT is exceptional: communicative across the process, well-designed assembly manuals and packaging, and customer service is easy to reach, knowledgeable, patient, and super nice. Despite it being a rather intimidating purchase (freight delivery from Canada to the US!) I felt like they had my back every step of the way.”

Helpful Report

“The shed arrived when we were told it would and it was complete. The only concern - the instructions that accompanied the shed were for a different structure.”

Helpful Report

“Very good overall, was a little bit disappointed at the consistency of stain application. Some wood really took the stain, other parts needed 3 or more coats to match.”

“after 40 cm of snow yesterday, the greenhouse is there and beautiful. We can't wait february for sitting in the greenhouse with auxiliary heater and with a good glass of wine. Planning the seed and plants to put in the greehouse for may.”

Helpful Report

“Overall, I had a good experience with OLT. I got the 9x6 cabana shed kit. Delivery was fast and with good communication from customer service. I built the shed by myself over several weekends. It was my first time building a shed, but assembly was pretty straightforward using the provided instructions. Quality of the materials and design is very good and the shed looks great. I would definitely recommend OLT.”

Helpful Report

“Very satisfied with the overall quality of the materials. Be sure to paint all parts before assembly. Took us three days including painting or staining.”

Helpful Report

“The Outdoor Living Today team takes great pride in their products and provides excellent follow-up customer service. I will buy from them again in the future.”

“I ordered my OLT 8x16 Garden with Deer Fence in the spring of 2023. When I emailed with pre purchase questions they were answered in a timely manner. I called with a shipping question and my call was returned very quickly.”

Helpful Report

“We had some issues with the shipping that was outside of OLT's control. They worked with the shippers and kept us updated as to what was happening and resolved the issues to our satisfaction. They were great to deal with.”

Helpful Report

“We are very happy with the customer service received from OLT.”

Helpful Report

“We love our new Pergola. The staff were very helpful when we were deciding if we should purchase it, giving us all the information we needed to make the right choice.”

Helpful Report

“The garden is very good but it needs 2 cross braces across the top too hold the sides square and 4 more reinforcement planks to go on the corners”

Helpful Report

“Great product and company. Called customer service and all questions were answered quickly and reasonably. Ordering online was straightforward. The website provides all kinds of useful info including the correct and full instructions for the specific product as well as links to videos. Detailed instructions on the delivery process were helpful. Had an issue with a missing board and a couple of broken ones but this was addressed quickly and without hassle (just fill out the customer claim form online and you'll have the parts delivered shortly). The company cares about and stands behind its products giving me confidence that it will last.”

Helpful Report

“Relatively easy to assemble. Very clear instructions. Looks great. Only issue was that all the screws were missing on initial delivery. Contacted OLT and missing items arrived in ~week.”

Helpful Report

“The parts were well packaged and easy to identify. Everything went together easily.”
