“They went above and beyond to make my order right and deliver on time. My dad passed away on Sunday. I ordered crematory casket on Sunday for Wednesday thinking Free 3-day shipping was good enough. However, i had a missed call with voice mail and email Monday morning to let me know that the one i had ordered was not in stock. They agreed to send us an upgraded one for and send it to us for two day shipping at no extra cost. Beautiful casket arrived on Wednesday. Thank you.”

“Overnight Caskets was a pleasure to work with in our time of grief. Their customer service representatives were proactive in offering shipping solutions, and they gladly took my order over the phone when I struggled to navigate the website. Loss is difficult but Overnight Caskets made it so much easier (and the funeral cheaper) with their kind and understanding service.”

“Shipping was delayed an extra day due to issues with Fedex ... but that was not Overnight Caskets fault. The blue color was lighter than the photo, but it was beautiful! Great price and the order was processed quickly!”

“Overnight Caskets has a friendly, helpful staff when you call. The caskets were shipped quickly and arrived promptly. To my surprise, there was plywood added around the boxes for extra protection, and they arrived in perfect condition. All around, a great organization!”

“You all were great in handling the order and getting it sent to the funeral home. The only issue that I had, was with the shipper. It arrived in the city on a Friday,but was not delivered until the following Monday late in the day. Service was set up for the next day. All worked out. Everyone was pleased. Will recommend you,to those needing burial item's in the future. William J.Hale”

“Extremely satisfied with your Customer Service, Product and Delivery! Very happy to use this product to lay my dad to rest in. So surprised that casket arrived next day even though it wasn't expected for 3 days! You guys are Awesome! Even the Funeral Home complemented on the packing, said it could have been dropped from the roof of their building and not been damaged it was so well packed. They also complemented what a beautiful wooden casket! Very satisfied. Will be purchasing for other family members when the time comes.”
