“After ordering a casket on Costco and paying for it I was called by their fulfillment company that although they deliver to Texas Costco caskets DO NOT DELIVER to south texas (San Antonio). My moms clothing had been selected & flowers coordinated with this pink Costco casket. I was thrown for a loop as the Costco casket page was misleading in their delivery. I got on the internet found this much more beautiful casket, called into their call center to make sure I was not calling China or a scammer and took a leap of faith. Everything Overnite caskets stated was spot on. Email communication & tracking was accurate. The casket was more beautiful and it was thousands less than the funeral home for the exact same features weight, steel gauge, interior, paint, seal. This casket had an added feature a secret little cylinder you add a name too. In the rare instance your cemetery floods. I was very pleased and would highly recommend. In fact, I have shared with lots of people.”

“On time delivery, patient sales rep, arrived undamaged, much more affordable than what the funeral home offered with similar quality and features. Would have liked the fabric interior to be slightly more plush and would have liked it to be offered with white interior.”

“There was a sudden death in my family and caskets are a very expensive part of a funeral and can typically run from $4,000 to 8 or $9,000. I checked online and found overnight caskets. The casket was very, very nice and the entire family was very pleased. We would all recommend this company to anyone. Selecting a casket is also an uncomfortable experience and being able to do this online was definitely the was to go since you can make the decision privately with your family and everyone can view the link and participate in the decision. It is also a benefit to be able to snap a picture online and then You can send it to the florist for coordinating flowers. I needed the casket next day so I paid for the overnight expedited service which includes guaranteed delivery and it arrived the next day at around noon. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience and the family was very pleased. Thank you so much!”

“Supervisor Mark took control of possible problems and ensured there were no problems. His coordination of delivery was excellent and he called me to ensure no problems. Kudos to Mark. The beautiful casket that we purchased turned out to be the talk of the funeral. The cost I saved from the local funeral home was over $2100.00. Thank you Mark and your crew for taking care of us in our time of needs.”
