“They were very accommodating. Called me back to let me know what they could do with free shipping. Casket came as promised. Upon inspection a. Dry small imperfection was found by the receiving funeral director on the inside where it would not be seen, which I felt would not make any difference. Their price was as reasonable as any I found on the internet with the red shipping.”

“Excellent. We saved a lot of money. The quality was superb. No issues. Even with delivery. Exact same casket as what I chose at the funeral home. Funeral home wanted $2,500 bought it for $1,300.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Overnight Caskets. When my dad passed away and we had to purchase a casket, our funeral home in NYC quoted a price of $5,000 for the casket, and it was not made of solid wood. I immediately felt that the price was outrageous and started doing research online. I came across Overnight Caskets and told my family about it. They were all very skeptical and did not trust buying the casket online. I chatted with Jeffrey online and told him about my family's reluctance. He assured me that there is no need to worry and that they had a local warehouse. He said if there was anything wrong at all with the casket when it was delivered, his driver would simply return to the warehouse and replace the coffin within hours. I felt reassured and purchased the casket. I placed the order at about 9:00pm, and shortly after 11:00am the next day, the delivery person gave me an estimated time of about an hour that he would be at the funeral home. It is the policy of the funeral home that if the casket is purchased from a third party, a family member has to inspect it before they will accept it. My brother was there to inspect it and took pictures to show the rest of the family. We were all very pleased with the quality of the product (solid wood), which was a fraction of the price that was quoted to us by the funeral home. The prompt service and quality product provided by Overnight Caskets greatly alleviated our stress during such a bleak time. I cannot speak highly enough of them.”

“After comparing the costs of caskets at the Funeral Home, I decided to purchase online. I looked at the Overnight Casket website and found many beautiful and affordable options. I placed my order late on a Thursday night and the casket was delivered at the Funeral Home by Saturday noon. It was perfect with no dings, damage or any flaw or imperfection. The Funeral Home Director could not believe the deal for the high quality product. He said the casket I chose would have easily cost $5,000 MORE if purchased through them. It was not only beautiful but superior quality. I would encourage anyone to purchase from Overnight Caskets.”

“I ordered the casket for my wife over the phone and had no trouble ordering it. It came just as I had ordered it and on time just as the company said it would. About a month ago, in early September of this year, I ordered a casket from Overnight Caskets for my mother with the same results. Great company to do business with and i hope they're around for a long time to come,”

“The staff was so very helpful and my order arrived promptly. After looking closely at the casket, we realized the handles on the chosen item appear to be the same ones they use on copper caskets. Very high quality and beautiful work. Definitely would recommend this company.”

“The casket was absolutely breathtaking with the sun shining on it. Everyone commented on it and asked the color of the casket. I did not get the casket overnight but the next day was a holiday. Thank you for the perfect casket for my beloved mother.”

“I saw this casket on your site, and knew it was the perfect one. When we went to the funeral home to plan my mothers funeral, they had the same casket as an option there. It was almost four times more costly than this site. They asked when I told him I would be ordering online if they could see what I was ordering, and they were astounded at the price. They said it was lower than they paid for theirs. The casket was shipped and received in a timely manner. It was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough how happy I am about this purchase. People please feel free to shop from this site with confidence, because not only is the merchandise wonderful, but the price is much more affordable than the funeral homes, and the delivery was spot on time.”

“Overall I had a very positive experience with ONC (Overnight Caskets). Initially I ordered online the “The Praying Hands Monarch Blue Casket” with relative ease, however afterwards I received a phone call from the warehouse (Justin) indicating that the casket I ordered was not in stock. He offered an alternative similar casket (less money and a complete refund of my 3 day shipping cost of $150), however it was not to my liking. I told him that I will review online other websites as well as ONC. I found the same Praying Hands casket on another site, however it was an additional $500. I went back to ONC’s website and saw another casket that I liked (that was coincidentally $50 cheaper) and after reading all the positive reviews towards this particular casket (Knight Silver), I called Customer Service ,who then transferred me to the warehouse, and I spoke with Justin about the availability of the casket and the $200 credit. He said that they had that particular casket in stock and that he will issue a credit and guarantee free delivery within 3 days. I am happy to say that the funeral home received the casket 1 day early and that the casket was delivered undamaged. I was very pleased with the look of the casket and (at the viewing) I overheard a few people commenting how good the casket looked. I am very pleased I chose ONC because of the great CS, quick resolution, and savings (in comparison with the funeral home casket of $4,800) which helped to pay for other expensive funeral costs.”

“I highly recommend overnight Caskets. My cousin needed an oversized casket and due to that fact you cannot rent oversized Caskets we had no choice but to purchase a casket. The oversized casket (plus tax) at the funeral home would’ve cost $4400 and the casket we purchased from overnight caskets was $1365 plus $300 fee to have it delivered the next day. We paid no tax on casket which is great. I ordered the casket on Sunday night (FYI - orders are not shipped out on weekends and I knew that) and it was shipped out Monday morning (as I expected) and arrived at the funeral home on Tuesday. So the casket arrived in 1 day as expected. I did call Monday morning to confirm they received my order and to make sure it was being shipped out Monday because the funeral was on a Thursday. When I called I spoke to a nice guy who said they were getting it ready to be shipped. The casket was so beautiful and in perfect condition. My cousin was kicked off life insurance policy 5 weeks before the unexpected death so we had very little money for the funeral. We saved $2705 by buying casket here. Had it not been for overnight caskets I really don’t think we would’ve been able to afford a casket which would’ve been sad as we really wanted a traditional funeral.”

“In what is a very difficult time for a family, we opted to purchase the caskwt for our family member through Overnight Caskets. This choice was based solely on large financial savings over that from a funeral home. Concerned about delivery time to a funeral home acrods the country, we spoke to Steve and was assured the casket would arrive overnight to its destination as promised. Steve conducted himself in a very professional and efficient manner understanding the circstances. The casket was delivered as promised, and the quality and beauty easily surpassed our expectations. I would strongly recommend using Overnight Caskets and services. Beyond the cost savings, the courtesy and professionalism was greatly appreciated.”
