“My experience with this company was very well received if they help me along the way I received my merchandise in a timely and professional way the prices were great My experience with the company was that if I had any issues someone was there to help me along the way they kept me informed of where my package was at all times so it was a great experience dealing with them and I will deal with them again”

“The cremation casket is beautiful..one of the nicest ones I had seen online .. ordered Thurs night and had it by Mon at funeral home - in time ! -pretty good considering I had to order it from West Coast. Small unfinished part showing a touch on side -touched up with wood color pen from the funeral home - saved a bundle -most people do not know this is an option - I would order again !”

“It was easy to order online. Casket arrived as promised and had not damages, no scratches, etc. Customer service followed up with a phone call to make sure that my order was accurate and was arriving at the date I requested because of the Holiday weekend.”

“Their service is outstanding. They were a blessing with an unexpected expense. The price for the beautiful casket we was $400 cheaper than any of the caskets offered by the undertaker. That they took PayPal was a blessing. I was able to pay for the casket six months interest free. Their customer service is outstanding. They constantly sent me emails notifying me on the status of my order. When the casket arrived with a scratch, my wife called them and they gave her a discount.”

“They went above and beyond to make my order right and deliver on time. My dad passed away on Sunday. I ordered crematory casket on Sunday for Wednesday thinking Free 3-day shipping was good enough. However, i had a missed call with voice mail and email Monday morning to let me know that the one i had ordered was not in stock. They agreed to send us an upgraded one for and send it to us for two day shipping at no extra cost. Beautiful casket arrived on Wednesday. Thank you.”

“Ordered casket after 1PM EDT on a Wednesday and it arrived Monday by 2PM CDT which was 3 business days as expected. We didn't have a lot to spend but the casket was beautiful and proper quality for the cost. You have to meet the delivery service at the funeral home to unpack it so make sure to follow the delivery statuses closely. Thanks for the service.”
