“They went above and beyond to make my order right and deliver on time. My dad passed away on Sunday. I ordered crematory casket on Sunday for Wednesday thinking Free 3-day shipping was good enough. However, i had a missed call with voice mail and email Monday morning to let me know that the one i had ordered was not in stock. They agreed to send us an upgraded one for and send it to us for two day shipping at no extra cost. Beautiful casket arrived on Wednesday. Thank you.”

“Ordered casket after 1PM EDT on a Wednesday and it arrived Monday by 2PM CDT which was 3 business days as expected. We didn't have a lot to spend but the casket was beautiful and proper quality for the cost. You have to meet the delivery service at the funeral home to unpack it so make sure to follow the delivery statuses closely. Thanks for the service.”

“This was my family's second time using Overnight Caskets and both times delivery was right on time. There was a slight issue with stock, but after one call to customer service, the representative took their time to double-check and confirmed availability for which we were very appreciative. Highly recommend.”

“This was a great experience, aside from having to plan a funeral. The casket we originally ordered turned out not to be in stock. They suggested a replacement and honored the price of the original casket we purchased. We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the product. It was delivered on time and we would recommend Overnight Caskets.”

“Great customer service. Was notified immediately when original casket chosen was not available. Was provided with comparable options and was happy with item chosen. Casket was received prior to original date of delivery given.”

“We had a very good overall experience. We paid $100 to ensure 3rd-day (Friday) delivery, which was reasonable as far as we were concerned. It would have been nice to have some tracking ability, but that may not be possible with freight delivery. The casket was delivered when it was promised. Our funeral home cautioned us that shipping damage wasn’t uncommon but it was carefully prepared and arrived damage-free. We selected a solid poplar casket with a medium mahogany finish. We were very impressed with the quality of the casket. It had much nicer join work at the corners than anything we saw locally and the finish was beautiful. The interior materials were top notch. We contacted a service rep before buying to ask about the color tone (was it a warm brown or did it lean toward a reddish tone like cherry?). It was as described and pictured. We all (family and funeral director) agreed it was beautifully made and strikingly handsome. Would recommend Overnight Caskets to anyone based on our experience.”
