“I called on a Tuesday and spoke with Steve. I was guaranteed delivery for Thursday. In Wednesday I received a call saying my order would be delivered between 2 and 4. The pictures online did not adequately depict the delivered product. I was quite pleased when I saw the actual casket. Losing a one is not easy. Overnight Caskets was professional, fast, extremely cost efficient (saving me about $1300 from what Funeral Home wanted to charge), and exceeded all of my expectations!”

“Because of weather related delays in the first casket we ordered, it was impossible to get a quality casket here in time. However, we were fortunate enough to find the Overnight Casket co. Who had an even better choice in stock in a local warehouse. In a time when there was great stress and sorrow, Overnight made our problem go away.”

“I chose the Full Brush Copper Heritage Bronze Finish for my loved one. It was gorgeous, better looking than the photo. The interior looks whiter in the photo, in person it was a rich, creamy velvet. Exactly what I hoped for. Even my counselor at the funeral home commented on it's beauty, and this is one of the most prestigious and luxury funeral homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was extremely pleased.”

“We ordered the Mother casket for my grandmother, and it was absolutely breath taking! Everyone commented on how gorgeous it was, and how beautiful she looked in it. After seeing it, many of the guests in attendance asked for the website (which we are happily providing) so they could purchase their own. We only had one slight hiccup, where we were told that the casket would arrive on Tues, but didnt realize it was being shipped from the Georgia location instead of the Kentucky one. However, we were able to get the casket on Wed, which was no issue. I can not thank you all enough.”

“The casket we purchased was absolutely perfect and more than half the price of those offered by the funeral home we used for my father's services. The casket was high quality and the detail of the Last Supper and Pieta were beautiful. I received excellent customer service, receiving calls once the order was received and scheduling delivery so that I could be at the funeral home to see the casket when it was delivered. I highly recommend using OvernightCaskets for their affordable product and superior customer service.”

“My experience with Overnight caskets was great from start to finish. The gentlemen that assisted me were very professional and patient. The casket arrived on time as promised and it looked just like the picture on the website I got a call when they had a more specific time frame.for delivery and they were right on target. We are very pleased and will use Overnight caskets in the future when the need arises Thank you,”

“Amazing service! I was worried to order a online casket but it was delivered on time and it was beautiful. The Funeral home showed us one that was almost identical and they wanted $6,500 we paid $1,400 this included a shipping fee of $300 due to a holiday weekend. I would order again from them if ever needed. Funeral planning is overwhelming, there is no reason to stress over costs too. Trust your gut but my experience was great!”

“I had found a casket that I was interested in purchasing on a competitor site, BestPriceCaskets.com. However, when I called that company to ask a few questions and presumably place the order, I received the most astonishingly abusive customer service of my entire life!--and that when my mother had just died! I found overnightcaskets.com, and to my relief everyone was polite and professional. The casket I purchased was very elegant and I received it in an orderly fashion. The funeral was already expensive enough without having to pay the funeral home's price for a casket--so I am grateful to have purchased it at this site at a nice discount. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.”

“The entire process was so easy. From selecting a casket online, to placing the order with the helpful staff who is available 24/7 days a week. Placing the order was easy and I was contacted by their staff the next morning to let me know my order had been shipped to the funeral home. They also contacted me the following day to let me know my order was out for delivery and the name of the courier service they were using. When we went to the funeral home for the viewing, the casket looked even better in person than it did online. I paid one third the price that the funeral home was going to charge for a similar casket. I would not hesitate to use the service again. You will not be disappointed in using this company.”

“The casket we received was beautiful and of premium quality. It was better even than the pictures. The funeral home we used confirmed that the price we paid was over 50% less than they could have offered. We paid extra for 3-day shipping and the casket arrived within the 3 days. Also, the original casket we selected online was out of stock. I received a phone call and email the next morning advising that the casket was out of stock and the representative was offering a similar casket (with a higher listing price) at the SAME price we paid for the out-of-stock casket. Our experience was excellent, and we will use Overnight Caskets again if the need arises and we will recommend Overnight Caskets to all of our contacts.”
