“When my father passed away, we had to bury him in another state than where he passed and where we lived. So we didn't have a funeral home to go to immediately. The funeral home didn't have the casket pictures online but did send us a price list of Batesville caskets. So I went online to try and find pictures of the ones they carried, but could not. What I did find online was other caskets that can be delivered overnight. Turns out, that is how the funeral home does it anyhow. They order them and have them shipped overnight. The casket we ordered online was $1,300 vs. the same $4,000 Batesville casket. The funeral home tried to 'scare' us into the uncertainty of it not being delivered on time, and insisted we be there when it was delivered and opened. That was no problem. I was concerned but the personnel helping me reassured me that they would come through and they did. The casket was absolutely beautiful. It was 18 gauge stainless steel and gasketed. I would absolutely recommend using Overnight Caskets. You will get a quality product at a much better price.”

“Initial phone contact person was not clear or certain about availability, appearance and other questions. After that, everything went smoothly. The casket was ordered in the pm and arrived the next am. It was beautiful and in perfect condition. Good selection. Great email follow-up!”

“I really appreciate the attention received by the agent. Friendly, proffesional, curteus,. At a time that is hard to bear. I am glad to have you abailable. It would be nice to give family a discount. Even if your Service is in high demand. Us civilians are not really scooping up the money. Other than that, you still will be ones to contact in the Future!”

“We ordered the casket Saturday evening via phone and it arrived quickly to the funeral home by Monday afternoon. Very high quality--a $1500 casket that looks as high quality as the ones the funeral home was offering for $5,000 to $6,000. They were very helpful over the phone both times I called. Great service. Great product. I highly recommend them.”

“The weirdest thing I ever did was order a Casket Online, however it was also one of the smartest And surprisingly easiest things I’ve done on line! Being able to look through and make such an emotional decision in privacy without the pressure of being in a mortuary was a relief. Customer service was also a positive experience as I made slight error on the address and they called to verify it. Then the casket arrived as promised and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Overnight caskets.”
