“I was very pleased with the quality of the casket, pricing and shipping. My brother passed away and we chose to buy the casket as the mortuary was charging 3x as much. We had 4 days to find,buy and ship a casket to the mortuary. Overnight caskets was able to ship the casket in 2 days for only $150 more. Thanks OC!!!”

“Only a few times in my life have I had to deal with so much pressure than a funeral. It's like everyone's counting on you for that flawless goodbye. By the time you write the Obituary, set up the funeral itself, buy the flowers, write the memorial, your exhausted. Another factor you have to keep in mind is the cost. I'm not made of money and the funeral home kind of has you trapped with your emotions. I was fortunate in a way, I had about four day's to prepare, since my dad was in hospice. I found Overnight Caskets to very responsive and diligent. I was concerned once or twice about the delivery time and date and went to there website to confirm. Using there chat form was easy and confirmation was quick and emotionally relieving. I'm hoping not to use their services any time soon, but I would definitely recommend them. P.S. The casket I purchased was beautiful.”

“I originally was going to order from Overnight through Amazon but then there would be a delay by several days so I went direct to site. It all went smooth and they kept in contact through whole process. The only set back is we paid extra to have the casket sent overnight but it actually took 2 days. When I inquired I was told that the cut off time to get next day was 1:00pm. But it was not listed anywhere on the site that I saw for a 1pm cut off. That cost an additional $150. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.”

“Great service overall. The casket was delivered fast, in about 36 hours after ordering. The agent was very helpful in making sure I got the right kind of casket for shipment (needs a proper seal). And the price was great. The only complication was concerning the size. On the website the size of the casket I chose is listed at 81 x 28 inches. On the invoice that came with the casket it indicated 86 x 32 inches. Finally, using a tape measure, the funeral home measured the casket at 83 x 28 inches. The confusion around the size caused some anxiety as to whether the casket could fit in the plot.”

“I was a little leery of trying this purchase online for the first time I had a little problem with the casket I ordered not being available on the East Coast but they had the casket on the West Coast the company got back to me in a timely manner and they shipped the casket that I wanted to use overnight from Atlanta to Richmond Va the next day. When the casket arrived I was still very impressed with the quality and style of the casket that I received In my opinion and experience so far with this company they are a very top-notch company and if I have to I will do business with them again thank you very much”

“The Casket I ordered for my Father was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The funeral home had a similar one on display that was more than twice the cost. The funeral director even commented how mine was BETTER quality than their version. I received many compliments from family and friends on it's beauty and I think my Dad would've been proud.”

“I did not know that you can get tracking numbers and what time the casket would be delivered until the funeral home called and said the casket was not here. You need to let customers know of that option.”
