“When the box arrived the box it's self had been taped and retaped and filthy. When we opened the box the white cloth wrappers were soiled and unbecoming. We notified seller and was told not their fault. Refused to issue return shipping. Said sheets are fine? Pictures sent and still no return authorization. We returned at our loss out purchase of sheets plus $54 in shipping. Buyer beware!”

“I ordered 2 Cal King bed sheets sets and 1 King size bed sheet set. I receieved 1 Cal King bed sheetss sets and 1 king size bed sheets sets. I received 1 formated Cal King sheet, 1 King size top sheet and 2 pillow cases. I repalied with an email that stated please send what I had ordered and this is what was sent back. Hi Jack, Thank you for contacting us with your concern. Please be advised the contents that you described are the exact items that are included in the Cal King sheet set. The King flat sheet will fit your Cal King mattress perfectly! Have a great day! Warn Regards, Jacob Fields The Bed Sheet Club Mr Fields has not sent me what I orded and it looks likes Bed Sheet Club is not going to honor my order. All they have are excusses.”

“I ordered a grid duvet set that look like a comforter from the picture. It was not. It was just a sheet. I returned it to the address given but had to pay $20.00 postage for something I am not using.”

“Advertised as 1800 thread count Egyptian cotton for $29.99. Thought that was too good to be true and it was. Sheets are super lightweight and almost see-through.”

“The sheets that were advertised as Egyptian cotton arrived in microfiber material advertised as Egyptian comfort. When I requested and exchange or refund I was told that fraction of the cost would be refunded but the exchange would be at my own expense. I didn't buy a $30 set of sheets I bought $130 is worth of sheets!”

“The color of the sheets was not as advertised. I ordered cream and received taupe sheets. I was never notified the kitchen towels were not available and received a hand bath towel instead. Jeff did get back to me to say the kitchen towels were out of stock. I was disappointed that I was never notified they were not available in the shipment or at ordering.”

“I called to make sure this sheets would fit my mattress it’s not the deep pockets. I was assured they would, to my surprise they don’t. There fit a deep pocket mattress.”

“Sorry guys. Sheets wre too shallow and and accent threading on pillow cases came out after washing . Material was thin lets not have the industry make a trend of that. But, thats what i am experiencing. Hard to make them work.”

“no customer service. I contacted and asked for plastic cases which were supposed to come with the sheet set and could never get a response back after several tries. I can only assume that no one at this company wants my business again and will not get it.”
