“Sheets are very thin and are to loose fitting on the mattress. Had to buy a different set to replace these.”

“Even after washing as directed, the sheets are definitely not as soft or crisp as advertised. Also, one of the bottom sheets has a flaw in it that may cause a rip soon. I have sensitive skin and these sheets cause me to itch. I have another set unopened that I would like to return. Please tell me how. Thank you. Lynne Wallace”

“I have Sleep Number split king bed. As I read the description of your split king bed sheets I was excited to have another source for Sleep Number Split King sheets. “I ordered 2 sets of twin sheets in Cream and received my order today to discover you only sent 1 set of sheets. I've already sent your company an email about it. I'm a brand new customer & this was my 1st order & I am truly disappointed that the order wasn't filled properly. When can I expect the 2nd set of sheets I've already paid for$ I paid $89.00 for 2 sets. My order # is 14640.”

“Wasn't what I was expecting and wanted to return but it cost $30 in restocking fees and return shipping. I think that is high for returning an item. Would have liked to exchange for king size cotton sheets if they had them.”
