Juanita Nick's is the best agent I have ever encountered. . She is prompt, Courteous and most of all patient and knowledgeable. If you find a home that you love and you're tired of realtors giving you the run around they don't have time to show it to you or by the time you get to go see it it's already gone then you've been dealing with the wrong realtor. Pick up the phone and give Juanita Nick's a call. You will feel like you are her only client and trust me, we NEVER felt as if she didn't have time for us. THANK YOU JUANITA YOU ARE A WONDERFUL REALTOR .

Our realtor Patrick Pangilinan was extremely helpful and responsive. We were first time homebuyers in the Bay Area, so house shopping was a daunting task. Patrick would immediately reply to your requests, provided helpful advice about the Bay Area and made the closing process very smooth. We definitely would recommend!

Our agent Michelle Jackson was always available and ready to work with us when it was time to review potential homes. She provided excellent customer service as we often times received emails from her with houses that fit our preferences and once we had the opportunity to reviewed them she would take us around to those that we wanted to see. Furthermore, when we were not out looking at prospective homes should always checked in with us via phone to make sure things were going well or to see if we had any outstanding questions or concerns about the home purchase process. Overall, she really made an intimidating process more comforting and easier to navigate through.

I signed up in Feb-2011 for the free service which had approx. 3 photos. To add more photo's and get a listing until you sell it cost an additional $49.95 In March -2011. I purchased the $49.95 package. Keep in mind you can re-register every 6 months for free. I changed my phone number and discovered my listing was off market. I phoned owners and Ivan said I did not pay the $49.95. I found records showing that I had paid . Called again talked to Alvin who said "I was required to sign on every month since I didn't, they they took my listing off market." LIAR, LIAR Crook!

My agent, Michael, was very personable and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to my inquiries and represented my needs very well during escrow. I will definitely use him again during my next home buying experience.

Want amazing, friendly, & beyond patient customer service? First time buying a home? Lytice Brown is exceptional beyond words! She made herself available at all times, we were on a short time frame to find "the house" and she made it feel like it was priority to achieve just that! She answered any and all questions we had! She looked out for our best interest throughout the home buying process! Highly recommend working with her!!

Very poor experience. Agent changed completely once I signed the agreement to buy the property. She didn't pick up her phone nor responded to messages on timely manner. I asked her to follow up more than 4 times for the same issue/questions and still didn't get any response after 6 weeks. I had to contact the listing agent and get the answers myself. She never bothered to format and send her own email instead forwarded the email sent by me to listing agent and vise versa... Didn't even bother to show up on closing day, didn't even call, didn't even follow up with prior owner to hand over the keys. She agreed to pay rebate before showing the property, she didn't adhere to the promise she made and didn't pay the full rebate amount. Please be careful, I will never recommend them to handle such a transaction !!! Agent will almost drop the ball once you sign the agreement to buy.

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience with Owners.com. It's disappointing that you feel our agent did not deliver adequate guidance and support after your offer was accepted. Owners.com expects our agents to provide a high level of responsiveness and continue to advocate for you throughout the process. This means helping you keep track of important dates like inspection and mortgage contingencies, helping negotiate concessions in response to issues identified from the inspection and attending closing to step you through the process. In particular, if our agent agreed to provide a rebate (closing cost credit), it should have been reflected in your closing documents. Occasionally, the total amount of closing costs is in fact less than the full rebate amount. In these cases, the rebate amount is limited by the amount of the closing costs. Also, as noted on our website (and in our written agreements with all buyers who engage Owners.com) the amount of the rebate is subject to lender approval and sometimes lenders do not allow the full amount of the rebate. We understand that buying a home is a stressful (and exciting) time, however, our agents' job is to make it easier for all our customers. And because of that, we strive every day to make it better.
