“Claims department was very rude and disrespectful. Had the top plan and they offered me a lesser plan when I told them I wanted to cancel because of the service. If I wanted a lesser plan I would have gotten it from the beginning. Very Rude”
““Free oil changes” not true at all. After signing up, I learned they only reimburse you for up to $50 and no more than 4 oil changes per year. My car uses, and I’m sure many others as well, full synthetic oil. Where can I get an oil change for $50? NOWHERE! It’s usually more than twice that. I’m not even sure a conventional oil change is less than $50. I have since cancelled.”
“signed up 1-30-23, after reading the booklet and seeing what they don't cover I canceled it. by filling out the page in there booklet and mailing it back like they said. Well it set in there mail room for two weeks, now they say I didn't cancel within 30 days and I cant get a refund. After calling multiple times they now say i need to take my car and get the mileage certified after eight months. I would not consider this company for any thing”
“They try to take the funds out of my account before it was due been calling them for 3 Days to speak to someone about the issue with no response or call back and I'm still waiting for my refund for one of my other vehicles so now I cancel both vehicles and they tell me I have to wait 30 plus days to get my refund back what type of customer service is that they took my money out of my account for the down payment so now I'm disgusted and now I'm canceling goodbye.”
“I bought extended warranty shortly after I bought my car . When I tried to use the warranty thet gave me the run around for 7 days and would not get me a rental in the interium. They sent out a inspector ato look at my car and they said that the part that was bad was not covered even though it was an electrical item which was supposed to be covered under the diamond warranty. Never have been treated so badly. Dealer also was treated rudely after I was turned down. Tried to explain why it should be covered and didnt want to here it. They knew what parts were needed in the beginning. Why didnt they say then it want covered. Fly by night do not use.”
“Just a comment. People would be better off to put their money in a saving account each month for emergencies, like car repairs. That what I do and it works out.”
