“Placed an order for delivery at Hyderabad on 17th Sept. After they didn't deliver on the date and time opted for, I tried reaching them on phone number provided on 18th, but the number was switched off continuously. Connected with them through chat on portal which was ended abruptly after I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund as delivery commitment was missed. Messaged them on WhatsApp and when I asked for cancellation and refund, look at the way they responded !! Do not fall trap to Oye Gifts. They are absolutely rude, unethical with NIL customer concern or focus. Absolutely horrible !! Read more here https://www.complaintlists.com/tag/oyegifts-com/. “Just wanted to say a big 'Thank You' for the promptness with which you fulfilled my online order, which was placed this morning. My grandson and his parents loved the Mango cake. It really looks very tempting and yummy. Will definitely recommend you to my friends in Bangalore. The delivery was also done around the exact time that you mentioned.
