“Company is an absolute joke! I give 0 stars. You increase the prices of a bus fare and cannot even send the buses on the allocated time plus there is constantly traffic so what are we paying for?? To be late, to freeze because of delays??
Before leaving my house I check the time of the bus so I limit how long I stay outside due to raynauds. It said 3 minutes. I am in the freezing cold and pouring rain for 15 minutes!! In pain not being able to feel my feet for a bus that said 3 minutes. Because of this I was not able to get to my class. Thanks a lot tfl!!!!”
“Waste of money time and a big time Inconvenience. Used the app to top up and my oyster was not credited. It’s says upto 30 mins and it’s been over two hours. I now had to borrow money to travel like I just didn’t top up over £50. Not to mention the uses lady at Stratford station with her rubbish customer service, no eye contact just pure attitude.”
“I live in north wembley an year ago. Bakerloo line Service during the day is so slow, lot's of cancellations in the last minute before departing. After midnight it is almost impossible to get home. Bus N18 does not work properly. This is a shame compare to the money I pay monthly. Very disappointed every day. I would give 0, unfortunately the lowest rate can be given is 1.”
“Got an over 60 Oyster card Free travel exp Jan 2030 for a £20.00 fee, however this got cancelled after a year as it was renewed for a fee of £10.00 which was notified by Email from TFL, missed the Email and no other form of communication either by text or letter was attempted by TFL, a new application has to be made for a new £20.00 fee although the Oyster card has an Exp of Jan 2030, why do that, there is nothing on the back of the card to say that the card should be renewed for the fee of £10.00, very disappointing as I was new to this Oyster free travel after years of paying to travel on TFL, the card is misleading by issuing it with an Expiry date of 10 years but cancelled after a year for not renewing and paying the fee to prove you are who you are, it's poor service, very disappointing, no second chance.”
“If you ignore them, you will be doing yourself a favor. These services are just not acceptable at all. They seek explanations for stealing your money. These businesses must do far more when it comes to consumer happiness. I was later banned when I complained. I brought up all of this with C o n c e p t s t r d, and they handled everything quite smoothly, returning all of my money and profit within a few days. “Terrible over the phone experience today , got shouted at by tfl advisor for a simple enquiry . Then he hanged up . Left feeling upset distressed and stressed . Tfl investigate my complaints asap.”
“Log book tax class disabled, it said I don't need to register if its on the log book, it is I sent in 4 pages log book which had name and address on, I sent in everything they asked everything had my name and address on but they now say the up to date addressed letter should be the front page of my pip, they want this address on this letter, its called DISCRIMINATION TOWARDS DISABLED your nasty I can't even go to hospital appointments over these ppl I sent in the address from pip the same day, this was 5 days ago it only took 2 days to apply.”

Rude and brain dead staff - asked multiple times via phone and email for 6 months to assist with a refund, completed the refund forms, sent the same information with start/end destinations and times/dates which was still not accepted - to then receive another email asking for the same information .... christ! I really hope they are not going on strike because a dead squirrel would be more helpful”
