We also offer pallet delivery services at reduced prices with Palletways. We’re based in the UK, but we ship all over the world, both import and export.

Parcel was never collected. Sender waited in for days and didn't go out. THIS BUNCH OF TOTAL COWBOYS DO NOT RESPOND YOU ONLY GET ANSWER MACHINE AND THEY KEEP YOUR PAYMENT IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT UNTIL PAY-PAL SORT OUT MONEY FOR YOU OVER A MTH LATER. Very sly another INTERNET SCAM my advice is TOTALLY AVOID. Really my advice is STAY WELL CLEAR or you will be RIPPED OFF. They are set up and organized for taking money into hold in their account and in return YOU WILL BE REGRETING EVER DEALING WITH THIS LOT. DONT SAY I DEIDNT WARN YOU.

Parcel was never collected. Sender waited in for days and didn't go out. Horrible to get hold of then receive an email that ups has confirmed it has been collected when it hasn't! Useless. Would avoid at all costs!

Never ever use them there is no customer service and if your parcel will be damaged they not gonna bother even if you pay insurance they will never give you the money

We decided to test them out once. Item was collected and delivered late. They then tried to claim that the shipment was oversized and tried to charge us an additional £45. We usually use Parcel2Go, we send out a lot with them with the same dimensions, they've never tried to charge us an additional cost.

I booked 2 parcels with them and chose to drop them off at the depot. I was unable to print the labels via the P4D site - the error message said 'wait 1 hour and try again', I did and was still unable. I missed the courier deadline for pickup that day. Still not able to 3 days later so had to book and pay again via parcelf*rce directly. P4D have refunded me but cost me some bad feedback on ebay for late shipment, entirely because their website didnt work and they have zero support. Their website says web chat support is available, this is not the case. will never use again.

Parcelforce - who P4D said would be collecting my parcels - did not arrive to collect my parcels. The only way to contact P4D is by email - all very vague. They do not appear to have contacted Parcelforce at all, and are already saying I will need to pay extra charges if I missed the collection - despite my assurances that no one approached my door at all. Alternate phone number, supplied by my bank - 01295 228400 - went through to P4D finance

Avoid this company called P4D.i've sent a parcel overseas and payed £41,50.after a few days they said they been overcharged by parcelforce for 10cm(they are saying that i didn't took the right measurements) and asking for an extra £40+vat.Now i'm trying to get in touch with parcelforce to see if it's true what they are saying and if they been overcharded with the asking amount. I will never use this company again and i will make a complain on every internet page where i will find their name.

For several months we have been waiting for P4D website to fix the problem on website where inputting recipients postcode at onset will show if a surcharge of £15 will be payable for a remote address. Despite complaints we still find ourselves in position of quoting a P4D cost to our customers who then agree to purchase and when we go to arrange delivery we get hit with a charge we cannot reasonably recoup.

The measure of a company is actually what they do when things go wrong. P4D were absolutely excellent. The problems caused by Parcelforce issuing two tracking numbers and losing the consignment in the Northern Hub were resolved because P4D and Parcelforce worked together and got my delivery to me in time. Absolutely outstanding. If the bosses are reading this Mandy deserves a special mention. Many thanks and Merry Christmas.

Parcel collected and delivered to wrong address. 5 days after I reported this to P4D it is still there. Everyone makes mistakes, but to take no action to correct the situation shows a really deep commitment to not giving a dam.
