“1. shocked of that long delivery time slot - 10hours.
That is NOT acceptable. Max. is 4hours. Even MY TIME IS MONEY!!! Aparently they have incompetent personal that can not create a 4h delivery schedule, and the managment is incompetent as well, due they let it happend.
2. When driver do not find adress. Instead of make a call for direction, got mail - item cant be delivered.
3. Custom care - do they know what it is? Apparantely NO. When they missed the delivery (their fault) another delivery time slot of 10hours is created!!! They should prioritized the missed delivery and deliver it FIRST next morning - no other 10h delivery time slots!!!
4. My advise - do NOT choose this logistic company, unless they improve both custom care and hire competent personal and managemnt for 4h delivery time slots.”
“Quiet frankly there is only one way to describe this company and that is terrible ! There communication is poor, they said attempted to delivery items on more then one occasion but failed as no one home but for a fact I know 4 people where home… just lazy and very difficult to communite with. It has made me not buy from this shop online because the delivery is a hassle and often don’t actually get my package as they somehow “ go missing”. Poor form is all I can say…”

“Paack is an experience that is consistent. Consistently bad. Text links that don't work, texts arriving in the middle of the night, deliveries turning up at the weirdest times (11pm is the worst I've seen) and this has been going on for ages. I order a lot of things from Nespresso and its just a lottery as to what chaos will ensue with the delivery, but you can be sure of one thing it will probably arrive but anybody's guess when and at what time.”
“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for same day delivery from Zara on Wednesday 9th Feb 2022. The parcel was due to be delivered between 20:00-21:30. at 21:42 I received an email from the courier company Paack Company to say that the driver missed me.
This was not the case as I didn't hear the buzzer for my flat go or receive a phone call from the driver to say that they were outside and for me to meet them to collect.
I rescheduled my order to be delivered for Thursday 10th Feb 2022 between the hours of 18:00-20:00. The same thing happened, I received an email shortly after 18:00 to say I missed the driver. In this instance, I had reached out to Paack Company directly and asked for the driver to call me on arrival. Once again, no one buzzed my flat or called me I rescheduled again for today, 11th Feb 2022 for the parcel to be delivered between 18:00-20:00. I sat my the front window overlooking the main road and entrance to the building for 2.5 hours. No one showed. I then received an email to say that they've my parcel to the retailer, after not having attempted to deliver to me the third time!
This is unacceptable, deeply infuriating and horrendous service.”

“A have contacted them multiple times leaving delivery instructions they have asked for. I was also on the live chat. Despite all effort they were unable to deliver the package.

“Absolutely awful. My parcel was out for delivery 19:00 - 23:00 5 days in a row. Then yesterday it was apparently 'delivered' to my home at 22:07. I was at home all evening. Nothing was delivered. Nothing was left. I've contacted Paack but they're insisting it was indeed delivered. Erm, it wasn't. I'm not getting any help from Paack or Mango, where I purchased the items. I just want a refund now - I don't care about the items. I'm at my wits' end.”
