“Do not order from here! They do not send the goods you order! They even have the cheek to make you pay £8 ‘guaranteed next day delivery’ and still nothing arrives days later. When you speak to ‘customer service’ you get a rude, unprofessional girl on the other end and then eventually they just stop answering calls and don’t reply to emails. This company is dodgy and I have had to report them to my back to get my money back. I would advise anyone else who doesn’t receive goods from them to report it to your bank and they’ll do a charge back for you.”

“Terrible company. Wet boxes delivered, wrong products, missing parts. 2 weeks no response apart from standard message asking for photos of the missing parts..... How?? No response to chat, phone calls, emails. The worst customer service and products. AVOID at all cost.”

“Ordered moving boxes, tape and bubble wrap. Order did come next day delivery but wrong size bubble wrap. Boxes flimsy. Have tried to call firm and email but no answer or response. I know we are in lockdown but l still have better things to do than hang on to a telephone. Should have read these reviews first and would not have ordered . Do not use this company !!!!!”

“If I could have given 0 stars I would have. DISGRACE! Ordered a single box on 28th Feb and after multiple attempts to contact the company I have heard absolutely nothing back and have been forced to buy elsewhere from a company that will be delivering tomorrow! DO NOT use this site.”

“ordered packing boxes, buff tape and bubblewrap from this company and received the 'guaranteed' delivery date. After waiting in all day, the parcel did not arrive until the next day. Then the buff tape was not in the parcel. I sent 3 emails, no reply. I called their customer service number and a recorded voice stated the wait time as 3 minutes. After 22 minutes, I ended the call. I will not order from this company again, and would not recommend them at all. The packing boxes, although of a good size, they are very flimsy and I had to double them up to accommodate even a light content. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!”

“Absolute con. I ordered a bundle when moving house. The latest delivery date on the order was 15th. When the 15th came and I went I emailed repeatedly and called to cancel to be told I couldn’t unless I raised a complaint. We moved house. Later my card was charged and when I queried with credit card they investigated and Packing Boxes apparently had a signed for delivery. The signature was not mine and had been forged. I had moved to Yorkshire and have CCTV evidence I was in Yorkshire when delivered. Unfortunately no one is interested in the fraud and I was still charged over £200 for products never received. Utterly appalling.”

“Do not use this company I ordered a single box and after 3 weeks still nothing. Customer service gave 4 different excuses none of which were believable. I ordered from another company who delivered in 3 days. PayPal refunded my money because they also couldn’t get a response This company is a joke DO NOT USE”

“Do not use this company, the bubble wrap was the wrong size, the wine boxes had no inserts ( just a box ), the wardrobe boxes were flimsy and damaged with no tops, and the tape refused to stick on them. The brown parcel tape had a lot of air bubbles in. I telephoned their " customer help line " and was told to email my complaint with photo's.How you photo something you have not received I am not sure ? Days later I was told their quality control team would be in touch. Did not happen. I will have moved by the time these matters have been resolved. Not impressed.”

“I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from here. Absolutely bad customer service. Ordered next day delivery; still hasn't turned up two days later. Customer service got stroppy with me saying it was out for delivery. Wtf? Not recommended.”

“aboslutely shocking, I ordered with them as their site said next day delivery, I even paid for before 12. I called at 1 and after being on hold for 20mins I was told that the order was still in the warehouse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“My order has not arrive and the company are not now answering my emails or the telephone. I ordered a custom box and was told in reply to the first email I sent them that the order was delayed and should be with me in 2 days. The order still has not arrived since then I cannot make contact with them. I was waiting to ship an item in this box but after reading these reviews I am now making other arrangements. I have started a claim with PayPal but so far no reply from the company via them. Avoid this company. Not sure how they can be still trading given the complaints on this site.”

“Terrible Company - Avoid at all cost! Ordered packing items that were needed urgently, paid for the 'Next Day Delivery' but it's been 4 days now and the delivery hasn't happened. I've been trying to reach them over the phone waiting at least 30 mins multiple time with no success. I've sent emails to the customer service but no one bothers getting back to me. Avoid at all costs”
