“Pactimo products are good, but business practices are maddingly invasive. wen you order, you are automatically enrolled in something called “LINK”, which sends emails with terms, disclosures, etc. as if they hold PII. Also they automatically sign you up for constant marketing emails without asking and offer to unsubscribe only for a month after which you’ll need to unsubscribe again, and again, and again. . Even if you unsubscribe for a month they still send marketing emails and silly review requests. So even though the products are good, you must really really want them to put up with the invasive, and possibly unethical business practices.”

“I can’t give a review of the item because it was never delivered even though USPS said it was delivered. BUT I can review Pactimo’s customer service. 5 Stars! I wrote them informing them of the item not being delivered. They asked me to wait a few days to see if it came, but it never did. So I emailed them again, and now it’s being sent! Thank you, Pactimo for your excellent customer service!!!”

“I am a longtime user of Pactimo cycling apparel. The quality is excellent, the fit is consistent, and the deliveries arrive in a timely manner. I have never been one to wear a jacket while cycling, but recently purchased the Divide Wind Jacket and I have been absolutely thrilled with my purchase. It is just the right amount of wind blocking insulation on the front and breathability on the back. Why have I waited this long to purchase one!”

“I purchased my 4th pair of Pactimo Cargo bibs. These are a medium size, I’m 5'5" and about 153 pounds. I ride both road and gravel averaging 30 miles a ride. I like leg pockets for food, car keys, and my cell phone. These bibs are very comfortable. I try to ride 3-4 days per week. Since I live in Hawaii during the winter months, I can get out any time I want.”
