I first ordered a pair of small trail pants. I decided I needed extra smile so I ordered extra small and got extra large so I had to return those and re-order and the next time I got two extra small so again had to return every time on a return I had to call and ask why I hadn't been refunded because it was not timely at all. I had a total of three returns and had to call on each return to get refunded.

I was very excited to find a women's cycling vest that not only had a two way zipper but was also available in extended sizes. I'm not a skinny roadie. Rather I'm a strong, sturdily built woman. I was so excited about purchasing my vest that I also ordered one for my husband. The vests arrived, women's 2xl and men's xl. Neither of us could get the zipper close enough to touch. No chance of zipping them! When I started my return, apparently the men's vest was a final sale. I was so mad, I sent them both back. The refunded me for the women's vest and kept my $56 for the men's vest. Seriously? Pactimo, y'all suck!

I purchased 4 of these aero jerseys over the summer for racing and the occasional hammer group ride. After a couple of months of extremely minimal use 2 of them have material that is coming unstitched/threadbare. I have washed the jerseys per instructions in cold water and have always air/lined dried. Pretty poor quality; I’ve got quite a bit of Pactimo items that have held up very well over the years-I’ve even got some bibs/jerseys from ~2018 that I’ll still rock on occasion. These jerseys were a pretty disappointing purchase.

The jacket was ridiculously small for a size large. I'm usually a medium and I could hardly breath with it on. To make things worse it took an excessively long time to get my refund after I returned it.

I’m bought two outfits for my son and neither matches. The grays are different in one and the navy’s are different in the other. I tried calling customer service but was unable to get through. I left a message for a call back and never heard from anyone.

This was my first time purchasing from Pactimo. I’m not want to leave bad reviews, however, this experience was not pleasant. I purchased a 12 hour bib short and it was lost in transit during delivery. After waiting for the item to arrive almost three weeks later, I re-ordered and they did not have my size. I opted to get the same size just in the longer version instead. Almost four weeks later, the item came. I’m really hoping this is a one time occurrence and would really like to order again… but apprehensive.

I am disappointed in the chamois of these shorts. There is virtually no padding in the front and then very little in the middle. They used to be my favorite years ago but the change in chamois has made it very uncomfortable.

This baselayer did not keep me warm at all in 40 degree weather. Based on the reviews, I expected to be comfortable, but I felt that it did nothing at all. I wore a Gore winter jacket and a Gore winprooof layer over it. I'm very disappointed. I am 5'2" and 105 pounds and bought a size small.

It’s been a nightmare trying to make a return/exchange. Just getting robot scripted answers. Shipping numbers not as on packages. It’s been 2 weeks and many emails. Still waiting for answers how to complete the confusion.

The Accent Vector Pro Bib Short I recently purchased are the WORST bibs I've ever purchased. There is NO compression & the chamois feels like I'm 2 YO with a loaded diaper, even though I can't remember that far back. This is a hard review to write because I have been a HUGE Pactimo fan since our initial purchase of custom gear 10 years ago.

My package was mistakenly delivered to a different address, and as a result, I did not receive my 3/4 bib shorts and base layer. I promptly reported the issue and was advised to file a claim with USPS. I must admit I'm a bit disappointed, as I’ve experienced other companies, like Competitive Cyclists, stepping in to assist with a replacement order while handling the claim on their end. While I genuinely appreciate the quality of the base layer I received in a separate shipment, this experience has left me hesitant to make future purchases from Pactimo.

Terrible! First of all the sizes are way off. Order 2 sizes larger than what you are. I did the exchange program, which was easy, but my new order was delivered 3,000 miles away. I returned the wrong sizes back and they received that order several days ago. I have been calling all day, different times of the day to make them aware of the situation and I left a voicemail. All day long the same thing message that says all lines busy and to leave a message. Wait to speak to a live person, never happens. All I have left to do is to start the credit card dispute process since no one here cares about customer service.

Purchased men’s Divide Wind Vest, have not used yet. Very disappointed that this garment comes from China. Thought Pactimo used local resources, my mistake. Try Voler for cycling gear made in USA

First time customer. I've purchase several brands of cycling shorts over my 18 year cycling career. I was recommended this brand by a friend. I purchased the Summit Classic size small. The shorts started to fall apart after first use. (30 mile ride). I contacted customer service. They told me they would send me a replacement in 1 week. 2 weeks went by and I had to follow up with them. They still didn't have any in stock. I wore the shorts a 2nd time and they Fell apart even more. Customer service - we went back & forth on email for days, weeks, months, for resolution, me asking for 6 weeks when they will get my size back in stock, or if they could send me a different size. Which they never answered the questions. Weeks would go by and they wouldn't respond to emails, after I sent several asking for an update. After two months of waiting on a resolution they decided to ignore me completely. When I diputed the charge with my bank (for lack of resolution and defective product) Pactimo sent me a nasty & rude email. Terrible company. Would never do business with this operation.
