“I have been buying the vector shorts for years and the current model I just ordered is much shorter. Called customer service and they are clueless about the product and unable to assist with an exchange. Come on Pactimo, you can do better than this!”

“Sizing was not accurate for the garment size. I bought the measurement for size XL and the garment was so tight around armpits that it was cutting circulation to my arms. Then the return was received and it takes 5-7 days for the return to ship out the new size. Still waiting for delivery for the replaement that was shipped back to them on Sept 22. Today is Oct 1.”

“My shorts left the Philippines and were flown to China. From there they flew to Turkey, then France, then Belgium and finally on to the UK followed by a final flight to Ireland. This is wholly unacceptable from a company purporting to be concerned about the environment. Never again”

“Bibs were either not sewn correctly, or tore along the seam on the first ride (just under the shoulder strap). No response after contacting customer service.”

“I'm 6' tall and 200 lbs and purchased bib shorts in XL Long. The leg openings were so tight I could barely get them over my knees. I have never had that happen before with any other brand. Worse is that I had to go through a return process that is as slow as anything I've ever seen. Very unhappy with the whole process.”

“I own five pair of PACTIMO bib shorts. All are size men's medium and fit very well. I go 150 pounds, 5' 9", with 34" waist. On the recent pair of Men's PAC Summit Stratos "12-Hour" Bibs FD+T PAC26 I received the fit was way off. These bibs ran way too small. I could not even pull them up past my mid thigh area without potentially tearing them. Back they went. Thankfully I did not cut the hand tag off so at least the return was easy.”

“12 hour bibs lasted about 2 hours. Sent back as fault with seams and caused terrible chaffing .Was expecting another pair to be sent. Was sent refund with no explanation. I got them at 40% discount. Felt the quality wasnt as good as my assos kit.”

“I would like to think that some of the products you manufacture are good quality however, the gravel bibs I just purchased were truly awful. The fabric has very little stretch and is very rough and itchy. I’ll be returning them.”

“Pactimo products are good, but business practices are maddingly invasive. wen you order, you are automatically enrolled in something called “LINK”, which sends emails with terms, disclosures, etc. as if they hold PII. Also they automatically sign you up for constant marketing emails without asking and offer to unsubscribe only for a month after which you’ll need to unsubscribe again, and again, and again. . Even if you unsubscribe for a month they still send marketing emails and silly review requests. So even though the products are good, you must really really want them to put up with the invasive, and possibly unethical business practices.”

“They don't have shorts that fit larger riders. Even a 2XL would not fit me at 6'3", 240 pounds. I had heard great things, but the fact that they don't make shorts for people who aren't skinny is just weird.”

“I first ordered a pair of small trail pants. I decided I needed extra smile so I ordered extra small and got extra large so I had to return those and re-order and the next time I got two extra small so again had to return every time on a return I had to call and ask why I hadn't been refunded because it was not timely at all. I had a total of three returns and had to call on each return to get refunded.”

“I was very excited to find a women's cycling vest that not only had a two way zipper but was also available in extended sizes. I'm not a skinny roadie. Rather I'm a strong, sturdily built woman. I was so excited about purchasing my vest that I also ordered one for my husband. The vests arrived, women's 2xl and men's xl. Neither of us could get the zipper close enough to touch. No chance of zipping them! When I started my return, apparently the men's vest was a final sale. I was so mad, I sent them both back. The refunded me for the women's vest and kept my $56 for the men's vest. Seriously? Pactimo, y'all suck!”

“I purchased 4 of these aero jerseys over the summer for racing and the occasional hammer group ride. After a couple of months of extremely minimal use 2 of them have material that is coming unstitched/threadbare. I have washed the jerseys per instructions in cold water and have always air/lined dried. Pretty poor quality; I’ve got quite a bit of Pactimo items that have held up very well over the years-I’ve even got some bibs/jerseys from ~2018 that I’ll still rock on occasion. These jerseys were a pretty disappointing purchase.”

“The jacket was ridiculously small for a size large. I'm usually a medium and I could hardly breath with it on. To make things worse it took an excessively long time to get my refund after I returned it.”
