“Customer service is super, fast response and excellent help. Only thing I found a bit annoying was that it took over a week before the package was sent out of warehouse, after that 3 days and it was delivered at my door.”

“I ordered the see through rain jacket. my normal size is L for biking jerseys and most everything else. The size L I received was way too small. The zipper wouldn't even meet so I got the XL. Still too small but at least going in the righ direction. Snet it back and got the XXL. That is a good fit! Pactimo was easy to deal with.”

“Summit Stratos 12-hour bibs are the best bibs I’ve ever owned. The size medium is the perfect amount of compression for me at 5’10, 165lbs. I paired with the Summit Aero mesh jersey which kept me cool on a recent 100 mile gravel ride in 95 degree heat and humidity. It’s my go-to kit for long days.”
