“These are so tight, they're tough to put on. I wish I'd read the return policy before taking off the tags and wearing them for a weekend of cross-country in Vermont. I would have exchanged them for a large instead of the medium I ordered. Once on, they were fine. I want out in precipitation, so I can't comment on water resistance. They weren't particularly warm, but I wouldn't try putting on a base layer under them, since they're skin tight already. I'm 5', 135 lbs., and generally take a medium.”

“The hat performed as expected. It was a little more breathable than a standard benie which meant I felt colder before I started running but during the activity It performed very well. The ear coverings do tend to creep up so I did have to keep pulling it down but this wasn't a deal breaker and the headband shows while the bill is flipped up. I'm sure this would work wonderfully under a helmet but I purchased it for cold, rainy, runs.”
