“Ordering and shipping went fast. They use sustainable packaging and returning is easy if needed. Just be aware that a $5 might apply when returning items. They also sent you instructions how to take care of the garments and what to wear in the different seasons. I appreciate these details.”

“The Jersey and Bibs are great, and the return and exchange process is easy. The crash damage policy is also amazing -- I got into a minor crash with brand new gear and getting replacements was straight forward and zero hassle.”

“I'm reviewing my recent, annual Pactimo glove purchase. Every year I buy a few pair of gloves. Pactimo gloved just work for me. They are light, but supportive. With all the improvements in better bar tape and riding wider tires you don't need thick padded gloves. Pactimo understand this. I really like all the color choices. Ordering from Pactimo is easy, you get friendly messsages letting you know how your order is progressing in the process. You have choices and my choice is Pactimo.”

“The jacket seems flimsy but don't be fooled: it's very warm once you get moving. I ordered a size larger than usual for both the jacket and base layer, and they fit well.”

“I ordeered the cycling rain proof jacket, and it was too small. Recommend one order at least two sizes larger. I did not wear it will return it after arriving home. The jacket seems to be quite adequate for my riding in plus 32 F temperatures.”

“I thought I had Pactimo's warmest jacket, until this one! My schedule is such that I have to ride in the early mornings in Colorado. In the fall / winter, this means regularly going out into the 30's (I don't ride if there's too much ice or much colder than that). I wore my medium weight base layer under this jacket, a thin neck scarf, and found it to be just the right warmth. Some low temps on the ride reached 29 and I was doing well. Never had that epic cold slow down that tends to happen. As usual with Pactimo, fits great, lots of pockets, and great construction.”

“Five 18 mi. rides in a week since purchasing. Stayed warm and comfy from 32 to 45 degrees at 16-20 mph. Very good fit in large (5'10" 155 with 35"waist). Waist band does slip a little and requires a pull up after 10 miles. If they had a waist string would be 5 stars. Would purchase again.”
