The first thing I noticed was no matter what I ordered, I was never disappointed with quality or the product. Additionally, the customer service is always ready to help. I have been a satisfied customer since discovering Pactimo family. I have purchased bibs, gloves, jerseys, winter base layers etc… I haven’t found anything I dislike on my collection from Pactimo brand. “Outstanding bibs and fit. I am 6’0” and 170 lbs- medium is perfect at 33 waist. The chamois fits like a glove. I have now worn these for 1000 miles with rides of 25-80 miles. Perfect! And yes, this is my second pair - adding a second to rotate odd and even days for riding.”
