“I've had some issues with my local USPS over the last few months. When a package from Pactimo never arrived, they sent the order again the next day to make sure I had what I needed in time for an upcoming event (it arrived the second time!). Pactimo customer service has always been quick to respond and does right by the customer. I've been ordering from them over a decade and will continue to do so. Thanks, Pactimo!”

“Best cycling apparel on the market. Great company with good customer service, easy return policy, and quality products. Love the short cycling shorts for the heat of summer, and the good grip in the leg openings and jersey hems.”

“Definitely an upgrade from my standard kit. Great materials and attention to detail. Also, the size chart is accurate. I'm 5'11" and 170 lbs with long limbs. The size M- Long bibs and size XL jersey fits me well; the size L jersey was a bit too small.”
