“I recently purchased the Women's Alpha Core SL Base Layer, Women's Thermoregulator LS Base Layer, and Women's Alpine Thermal Bibs. While the quality of the garments seems decent, and I appreciate the unique features like the thermal bib shorts with cargo pockets (not readily available from other brands), I was disappointed to find that all three items were made in the Philippines. Given Pactimo's strong emphasis on sustainability and ethical practices on their website, I expected a higher level of transparency regarding manufacturing locations. This lack of disclosure feels like a form of greenwashing. I understand that many cycling apparel brands utilize overseas manufacturing. However, I believe consumers should have the right to make informed decisions about where their products are made. For reference, I own higher-quality cycling kits from another brand that are manufactured in the USA at a similar price point. I hope Pactimo will consider improving their transparency regarding manufacturing locations in the future.”

“This baselayer did not keep me warm at all in 40 degree weather. Based on the reviews, I expected to be comfortable, but I felt that it did nothing at all. I wore a Gore winter jacket and a Gore winprooof layer over it. I'm very disappointed. I am 5'2" and 105 pounds and bought a size small.”

“They have lots of options at reasonable prices. Mostly consistent sizing, although I got a sleeveless jersey that was a lot bigger than other medium jerseys I've ordered. Chamois could be a bit more comfortable on their bibs.”

“Pactimo has nice products at reasonable prices on sale. This particular order took a week and a half to arrive. Pactimo's tracking leaves a lot to be desired as the package showed no movement for a week and then I get an email that says they know it hasn't moved but usually does and they will contact me if it doesn't move. Two days later it started moving. Frustrating to try to follow the tracking and wonder if and when you will get your order”

“I will likely throw the shirt away that I just bought, as it's not returnable. It's too long. And it's not very attractive. I hate the waste of money. I find the customer service of this company subpar too. They just aren't willing to work with you. Won't buy at this company again.”
