“I have worn their bibs and jersey's as well other accessories for nearly 20 years. While the products are really superb, lately their customer service has diminished terribly. I have left several voicemails and emails with no reponse to either. Support the individuals that support you by making yourselves available!!”

“Really, genuinely great. I have been an avid user of another (very) premium US cycling clothing brand but decided to buy the Pactimo bib tight and long sleeve jersey in the Black Friday sale. I am so impressed. The bibs are so comfortable and just the right warmth for 35 to 55 degrees. Which is a wide range, but they are somehow warmer but don’t overheat as easily as my others. Ans the chamois is really comfortable. Not too bulky. The zip cargo pocket also clutch. The long sleeve jersey, again, a win! That bit warmer than the ones I have from the other brand. I did wear a shell over it because it was windy and low 40s, but I could see it having a really broad range of comfort. The fit is also very true to what I would expect. I am 5’4” and 135, and I guessed medium in both and it was right. I could only get black in the jersey. But it has reflective detail. I was so impressed I made an order for another item. The quality, fit and finish of this stuff is top notch. I’m a believer.”

“Overall, I like the cargo bibs. The fit is just right. The chamois is comfortable for long rides. My one complaint are the cargo pockets themselves. They are too big and because of this, they do not hold items secure. The pocket stretches from the front of my quad all the way to mid point of hamstring. Items slide to the back and sit there.”

“I first ordered a pair of small trail pants. I decided I needed extra smile so I ordered extra small and got extra large so I had to return those and re-order and the next time I got two extra small so again had to return every time on a return I had to call and ask why I hadn't been refunded because it was not timely at all. I had a total of three returns and had to call on each return to get refunded.”

“This vest is perfect under a light jacket or heavy one. I am 5’4” and weigh 105. I bought a small. My Pactimo jerseys are small as well. In Gore I am a x-small. Last year my husband bought one and now I have one too.”
