I bought the 12 hour bibs for the Triple Bypass - a 9 hour ride. The butt pad is def not up to the challenge of that much time in the saddle so I re-purposed the bibs into my half day ride pile. Good product, slightly inaccurate name.

Ordering and fit was great, unfortunately a whole developed right next the the seem. I noticed it on day 30. I have only worn them once a week for a month, hand washed after use and it is torn. I emailed c/s and they said too bad they don't cover it because it's normal wear? They then offer me a coupon to buy more, the same coupon that is available on the main website. What a joke. If it's normal wear than won't they all tear in a month. No follow up emails after I refused the coupon.

Was very happy with the service provided having to return items incorrectly ordered. As to the product, really like the quality, fit and general craftmanship of the cargo bibs ordered as well as the jersey. Time will tell if how well they hold up but for now very happy with the purchases.

Pretty happy with the quality of the kit and the low-key designs that appeal to the low-key nature of my on road persona

The cycling caps fit securely on my bald head, and look quite fashionable. Pactimo has never let me down.

I bought the mens summit 12 hour bib shorts, L sized. I'm 1.78m, 79 kg. I cycle some 200 km on road per week all year round, and every few months go to a longer brevet. I usually have some issues with the fit of cycling shirts as I also do a bit of weights/calistenics and have a slightly more muscular physique compared to your traditional stick-person cyclist, especially across the shoulders and arms, but it rarely extends to cycling bibs. This time, however, I did have quite a few problems with the 12h bibs. Based on the measurements, an L would have been a fairly loose fit on me, while an XL would look like a sack of potatoes, so I took the L. Shipping was very prompt, and once I tried it on it fit fairly tight (which, when I think about it, was a bit strange, since I have a bunch of other L sized bibs, such as Castelli, Assos and Nortwave primarily, and none of them felt so tight), but no issues were immediatelly apparent. However, the moment I started cycling, it started chaffing quite heavily on the top outer part of the left thigh - no matter what I did, it was always the same spot. It looked like something to do with the inner seam, since the model has fairly big loose seams on the inside, whereas pretty much all other bibs I have have much smaller seams that are fully sewn into the bibs. Potentially, the sizing was off, but that was what the sizing charts are supposed to be used for, and I remeasured myself at least a dozen times before buying... I wrote to customer support immediatelly after the first ride, but the moment I took the tags off for the ride, my return guarantee was void, and they only wrote back once recommending to wash it, since something might have been left after the production process. I tried washing it and riding several more times, but it all ended up the same - within 10 minutes I would have a very red and sore thigh. The company did not respond to my follow up emails. At best, I can resell these at half price, and even then it's unlikely anyone would buy it. At best, I can resell these at half price, and even then it's unlikely anyone would buy it. Worst 300 Eur spent in my life. Instead, I went and bought Assos Mille GTS Bib shorts L sized for 190 Eur, and they worked out much better. Not going to recommend Pactimo to any of my friends.

I ordered a medium sized jersey, "Love, Maui, Love" edition. Good fit, nice design. I am 5 foot 3 inches, 145 pounds. I am difficult to fit as I am sonewhere between a small and a medium. So far, the bibshorts have been great but when loading the jersey pockets for a long ride with a cellphone the back of the jersey hangs to catch the edge of the saddle. This is an issue I encounter with all jerseys unless a small jersey is purchased. Any comments, suggestions?

I have enjoyed both Pactimo's summer and winter bibs and they have held up farily well. However, their shirts/jerseys are sizing is really wierd. At 6'1" and 210lbs, I normally wear an XL in other brands (Primal and PI, for example) their 3XL barely fits in the shoulders and chest. Their Storm arm and knee warmers have been excellent.

This jersey fits very well, but I did need a size larger than I normally purchase. It’s perfect for how weather - I rode 125 miles on an 85 deg. F day. It feels very comfortable and the two zipper pockets are great b
