The 37.5 fabric is very breathable and lightweight. The fit is very good and true to size. Im 5'9" and weigh 175 lbs. Medium fits me well on the base layer and bib. Large fits me well on the aero jersey.

Great quality fabrics with nice Elastic Interface chamois across the board. Sizing and fit is way more realistic for the average person compared to a lot of other brands!

Quality of shorts was good, but had to size down to size Large. Customer service, however, was very poor. I was preparing for a week long ride, RAGBRAI. Placed a $300+ order on a Sunday evening, paid the extra for 2 day shipping. Notified later that evening that my order was packed and ready. Then it didnt move. Sent an email on Tuesday asking for an update, was told they would contact USPS to see what the status might be and they hoped it would deliver Wednesday as expected and let them know if I didnt see further tracking information by then. Called the customer service number, which rolls to voicemail and asked for updates/explanation and a return call. Never happened. Also left a message via FB messenger, again no response. Wednesday evening, received an email that my order had finally shipped and should be here Saturday. Again emailed back and called. Received an email the next day that they were bummed it took so long and were giving me a $10 store credit. They were also refunding my expedited shipping...but refunded less than I paid! So the original shipping would have been free, I paid for expedited, but still came up short. Back to the Saturday delivery - I had to leave for the ride Saturday morning. I paid a fee to USPS to have them hold the package so I could grab it first thing Saturday morning before hitting the road. Fortunately, that worked and I did get the shorts. But, I do not believe I should have had to resort to that nor pay the fee when I paid for 2 day shipping a week prior. All in all, Pactimo had multiple opportunities to practice excellent customer service. They could have responded by phone or a sincere email, which they failed to do. This was my first order with Pactimo, not sure I'd order again. As part of a large cycling community, unsure if I'd recommend someone to order based on the experience.

First time customer. I've purchase several brands of cycling shorts over my 18 year cycling career. I was recommended this brand by a friend. I purchased the Summit Classic size small. The shorts started to fall apart after first use. (30 mile ride). I contacted customer service. They told me they would send me a replacement in 1 week. 2 weeks went by and I had to follow up with them. They still didn't have any in stock. I wore the shorts a 2nd time and they Fell apart even more. Customer service - we went back & forth on email for days, weeks, months, for resolution, me asking for 6 weeks when they will get my size back in stock, or if they could send me a different size. Which they never answered the questions. Weeks would go by and they wouldn't respond to emails, after I sent several asking for an update. After two months of waiting on a resolution they decided to ignore me completely. When I diputed the charge with my bank (for lack of resolution and defective product) Pactimo sent me a nasty & rude email. Terrible company. Would never do business with this operation.

I am very happy with the latest jersey that I ordered. I thought I had ordered the jersey with the white in it, but it was all blue, still happy with the jersey. I am glad that Pactimo accepted me as an Ambassdor!

My Vector Pro Bibs are perfect for the hot Midwest heat. The bib material is a little bit lighter which means cooler in the heat and has a great chamois that allows you to be comfortable on rides.

I ordered the Cargo bibs, the regular bibs, and a jersey. Once you figure out the size, I find the Bibs very comfortable. They are very good quality. The fabric is very light so I will see over time how it holds up. I will also say the exchange process was excellent. They will send the new item immediately before they even get the exchanged item back.

I bought this jacket to replace an old Pactimo jacket I had purchased years ago, which was discolored from laundering. The jacket is fantastic. It is a beautiful color. It is light weight. It is attractive. It is great.

Purchased the women's xs range trail light LS and the ultra lite jacket. Both arrived just in time and were perfect for biking in the Sierra Madre mountains during the rainy season in Mexico.

Very nice jersey. Sizing is a tad small. Had to size up from my regular size large- aero. 5 foot seven 170 lbs.

Ive been wearing another cycling brand bibs that have just not worn well or be comfortable on long rides - 80+miles. Purchased Range Stratos Cargo Bibs and so far the chamois is one of the best I’ve had, so just purchased a 2nd pair.
