“Concerning the men's shorts and bibs.... Average photography of the clothes, great model however...no shots of the interior of the shorts/bibs showing the chamois or even a diagram showing the dimensions of the chamois....so you must order and receive them to check these intimate details out. Undefined terms like raw edge, a fold-over, articulated waistband...great marketing speak, but meaningless to a customer like me. Show images, what are the advantages of these "features"....why do I care about these features? Recommend: overhaul the descriptions and translate them into what benefit they have for the customer....what is the value proposition for the customer, not great copyrighting? Add in leg sizes....where the shorts hit a person, not just waist size. Not everyone has the same size legs!”

“I have had excellent experiences with Pactimo. Their apparel is high quality and their customer service is excellent. Responsive and eager to find resolution to issues. “Very attractive print. Looks to be well made, but haven’t ridden with it on yet. Sizes in cycling have run smaller lately. I usually order a large, but this XL is tight on me. May want to consider upping 2 sizes.”

“Outstanding product support. Rear pocket seam in jersey tore and Pactimo replaced the jersey. Would have been perfectly happy with a repair, but a new jersey within two weeks was exceptional.”
