“It's been 5 years now. I keep coming back! I'm a loyal customer. The products are great and so is their customer service attitude. Whether it's the wrong size, a broken zipper, or a ripped seam, they have always responded positively and sent me replacements or credits. I'm vulnerable to their marketing promotions and always wait for the deals! I've placed roughly a dozen orders over the last five years.”

“Have multiple items from Pactimo! All work perfectly for me, staying comfortable, keeping cool and staying warm. Sometimes sizing can be tricky, I have tops ranging from Small to Large - might due to my body shape!! Once you find what works you're golden - 9/10 is because of that! Super quick exchange works great!”

“Love these bibs. Had been looking for a proper chamois for awhile and these are the best ones I've found, across several other high end brands. Don't pay attention to the name of them - you don't need to be riding 3+ hours to feel the benefit - they're my go to bibs even on short rides - so much that I've since gotten a second pair.”

“The wind jacket was nice but way too small. I wear a women’s XL but you sizing is not true to size. I sent it back and order a men’s 2XL afraid it would be way too big but it was too small too. I wear a unisex L shirt but your jacket did not fit.”

“I purchased a Thermoregulator LS base layer, size large, and a Transfer-L LS base layer, along with Ascent and Summit socks, also size large. I ride on a trainer in an unheated garage and hope that it gets up to 50 degrees. Along with these new items, I also wear Pactimo long bibs, size large. The quality is always first-rate. My rides are usually 20 to 30 miles, and the Pactimo gear has never let me down. I'm 5' 11", and 155 pounds, or so. When spring arrives, I'll put on my Pactimo bibs and go outside. Thanks for all this gear.”

“I've been very happy with all the Pactimo clothing I've purchased. So far, that includes two pair of Ascent shorts, three long-sleeve Ascent jerseys, one long-sleeve Alpine thermal jersey, and two pair of Alpine thermal gloves. All high quality with excellent performance.”

“Pactimo offers quality cycling-related clothes and other products for an affordable price. There's nothing I've ever ordered from Pactimo that disappointed me. Their clothing runs smaller in size than some manufacturers - I now size up one with Pactimo clothes. One of my favorite purchases was a Pactimo cycling-friendly backpack. I use this thing daily to commute to work and on trips. It's rugged and has survived all kinds of abuse (weather, crashing on it, dropping it etc) and barely shows any signs of wear. Kudos on a great product.”
