“Extremely pleased with order. I ordered a hat for my partner (whilst I was still in hospital - since March), so he could have it to wear for our local Sailing Regatta. It arrived eventually in time, packaging was great, and even when I phoned and left a message on the answerphone the day before the Regatta & explained that the postman had been but still had no hat. Paddle & Surf said they were going to send another hat out first class post to reach us the next day in time for the Regatta! Which we thought was fantastic! In the end a couple of hours later than normal post time the hat had arrived at home! My partner immediately told me and I informed Paddle & Surf he had received it!
We both thought the customer servicecwe received from you guys was first class, and the fact you were prepared to send a replacement hat out that quick was fantastic! You were prepared to do that, fantastic!
My partner had a fantastic time at the Sailing Regatta, wore his hat, abd got complimented on it! He definately told them all about the fantastic customer service we had received at Paddle & Surf, and look forward to shopping with you guys again!
