“I am disappointed that I have had my p pod for some 12 years and never knew that it was also an ems machine as well until recently, and what the ems modes are.
I never see pp praise or promote this side of the machine which is a pity.
PainPod doesnot mention thisthat I can see in their literature. Is it quite possible therefore, that I have been using the wrong modes fir the wrong treatment.!!!!”
Hi John, thank you for your review. We do have quite a bit about EMS on our website, so I guess it's never too late learn more about your PainPod. We do recommend to cycle through all of the modes just so you can keep the sensations feeling new and fresh.

“We purchased the socks and conductor. We applied the conductor to the foot and leg area and fitted the sock and a pad. After a few minutes some sensations were felt and after a few seconds stopped. We removed the sock and applied more conductor and refitted the sock. A Sensation was felt for a little longer this time then ceased and no more sensations were felt. Please advise how we can get this product working as needed.”

Thank you for your review. We will give you a call to troubleshoot with you to make sure the products are working as they should, but I would suggest you may need to use more of the spray underneath the sock. As the weather is much dryer at this time of the year it may just been that there need to be more conductive fluid used to be able to feel the sensations clearly.

“For me, I wouldn’t have believed what painpod was capable of if someone just told me about it, because when something appears too good to be true, it usually is. I was waiting on shoulder surgery to repair a fully torn tendon and was on debilitating pain every day, especially at night, I literally wanted someone to just amputate my whole arm… that’s when I happen to come across painpod at the Sydney Easter Show and skeptically gave it a try- I had nothing to lose. After a 20 min EMS/TENS trial session, the pain had SIGNIFICANTLY reduced to the point that I had to concentrate to feel it. My accompanying friend told me it’s in my head and sold me the ‘placebo effect’ but my ability to sleep without waking up in agony that night and the reduction in pain in the days that followed told me otherwise- so I jumped online and purchased it. BEST money I’ve EVER spent. I still needed surgery to re-attach my tendon, but the wait was so much more bearable. Since then, I’ve gotten my whole family onto it to alleviate their aches and pains and they’re all converted and sing its praises to anyone willing to listen! I always thought I could never be a ‘sales person’ because I can’t lie about a product, but I would HAPPILY sell the painpod because IT WORKS and I LOVE it. I still use it daily to assist my post-surgery healing/ rehab and I’ll never look back.”
