Hi Dick, Thank you for reaching out to us. I have searched through our emails and form submissions and cannot find any communication from your email address or name. We will send you the electronic version of the manual now and would like to find out how you had contacted us to make the request so we can figure out why your request didn't make it through to us. We cannot comment at present as the product has not arrived, despite the online tracking say “delivery due Tuesday”. (Last that was). Update tracker now says if not delivered by August 25th please lodge a late delivery. I leave for Europe on 18th for 5 weeks. Oh well - wait and see.

Can’t complain about the quick service but the Body systems Neck wrap wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. I have to hold it with both hands as the wrap is too tight and feels like it choking me.

Hi Bernice, Thank you for your feedback. I'd like to check that you are using the Conductive Spray that is included with your Neck Wrap, as this will help with conducting your PainPod through your skin without having to apply additional pressure - if you're only using a little spray, try putting a bit more on and let us know how that works for you? This time of the year the skin tends to be a bit dryer, so needs some extra help to get the sensations coming through more clearly and smoother.

I had one beforlost the changing cord. Ordered a new cord. It was the wrong one. They don't make the I need. So I Ordered another pain pod a cheaper one and that is exactly what it is a cheaper one. Not what I had before. So not really happy with this one. But I will have to use it

Hi Lorraine, thank you for taking the time to write a review. I understand the frustration of not being able to get the correct charge cord as it was discontinued 10 years ago. I hope that with time spent using the PainPod Lite you will find that it is a superior model to the original device you have. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund your money and put it toward a different device if you like or just refund you.

I find my old model better. It’s annoying that the screen doesn’t light up until you attack pads and switch on/off all the time. Also, my last one came with many spare pads of different sizes. This one only has one set of medium and small. They will wear out fast. I’m still using my old box as it’s got all the compartments for storing the devise. Very basic accessories.

Hi Lexis, Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you are not enjoying this model. The screen should light up whenever you press a button, then after 10 seconds, it will go into sleep mode to save battery power if you are not making any further changes. If this is not the case please let us know and we will arrange to fix it. In regards to the qty of pads, I'm not sure what device your old model is but we do state on the product page what exactly is included in the box with each device so you have access to this information before making a purchase. The most pads any of our devices are sold with is 3 pairs and additional pads or accessories can be purchased separately or we do offer packages that include extra pads and accessories. There are options to select the basic device pack or a package with additional pads and accessories - this all comes down to each individual user's needs. As you have mentioned you feel your pads will wear out fast, we recommend using the Conductor Gel to help your pads last longer. We hope this information is helpful.

All in all pretty happy with the pain pod. It is so nice now not to be tied to a PowerPoint so i can walk around. The pods don't seem to stay on in curved places and it is difficult to choose a mode based on a little picture. the manual explains mode functions with numbers but the device has pictures.

Hi Fiona, thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We are pleased that you are enjoying the freedom to move about whilst using the PainPod. In regards to the mode numbers in the manual and the symbols on the device, thank you for your feedback we will include both on the next lot of manuals we get made. The modes will go left to right so for example the top left symbol is Mode 1 and then the top right symbol is Mode 4, and the bottom left symbol is Mode 9 and the bottom right symbol is Mode 12. Sometimes with the pads they can be hard to stick on some areas like the shoulder blades but using the Conductor Gel on the pads will help them stick a bit more securely. I hope this has helped but if you would like further assistance I would be more than happy to give you a call. Kind regards Josh

Well, l probably had very high expectations. I haven't been impressed yet by my painpod 3. Not very happy with the pads, l used the small once and when l was going to wear them again l couldn't as they lost the stickiness. ??? ( and l followed all the recommendations before hand) Also, l was hopping to find a more useful mode description, a proper guide that describes which mode could help the different type of pains/condition or which muscle groups can be stimulated/strengthen etc. Not very impressed really.

Hello, Our customer support has tried to contact you to resolve the issue but has not been able to get through and haven't heard back from you yet. I'm sorry to hear you are having these problems. You should have received a manual with your device that notes which modes should be used for Acute Pain, Chronic Pain, Modulation and Muscle Stim. The information also indicates which modes are TENS and which are EMS as well as describing what you would feel. The devices also contain a placement chart to help you understand where the pads should be placed to treat certain pain issues. All devices are checked before posting, however, if you did not receive these information guides please let us know and we will post or email them out to you. If you are wanting to use the device to assist with strengthening, you can find several instructional videos in this blog: https://thepainpod.com/blogs/news/painpod-applications-for-hamstrings-and-upper-back-function In regards to the small pads, I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with them. There can be several factors that contribute to this problem including skin type (oily skin will cause stickiness to deteriorate faster), heat, humidity, debris etc. I have checked customer feedback on the small pads and this seems to be an isolated issue so we would like to find out if you are having the same problem with the other sized pads? Can you please get back in touch with us so we can help resolve your issues. Kind regards The PainPod Team

Hi Angela, I am glad we got to resolve the problem over the phone. We all have different skin types so it is always best to wipe the skin down first and during the drier months to put a drop or 2 of water onto the pads before putting the plastic cover back on.
Posted 2 years ago
Hi There do you have any advice on how to make the pads sticky for longer? They seem to lose there stickiness very quickly and then won't stick the skin. We religiously put the plastic cover back on them straight after use

Hi Steve, Thank you for your review. Yes absolutely, this time of year especially the pads can dry out a little so we recommend putting a drop or 2 of water on them prior to applying the plastic cover to help them rehydrate. We have also noticed that outside influences such as moisturisers or lotions and even oily skin types can cause the stickiness to deteriorate faster than expected. We have a product available called the PainPod Conductor Gel that will help prolong the life of the pads stickiness (they will still need to be replaced from time to time though). We recommend when using this product to only use a small drop or 2 and spread it over the pad surface then let it air dry for 20-30 seconds - this should help it become a little more tacky and stick better to the skin. The gel should also help rehydrate the pads so you won't need to add any additional water. The link to the product is below and I hope this helps! https://thepainpod.com/collections/all/products/painpod-conductor-gel

My wife is using the Pain Pod 3 every day for the last seven weeks and hasn’t experienced any change. The pain in her legs are still there and she still has to go up several times during the night to move and stretch her legs

Hello, I can see from your order that you had purchased the M device which doesn't have any sensation in the Microcurrent mode and only Level 1 intensity in the booster mode. If you would like more intensity you may need to use one of our multimode devices which can go right up to Level 20 intensity. Please let us know if this is something you might be interested in and we can assist you with your purchase?

Really disappointed with painpod2. I already have a pain pod and love it. This one has less options and very flimsy to use. Find it harder to use also. Sorry

Hi Jo, Thank you for your feedback. Yes you are correct it does have less options than the PainPod 3 and because of this it is at the lower price point. I'm sorry to hear you find it flimsy to use, our records show it actually incurs the least amount of physical damage through our fault reports. If you do have any problems with it please contact us directly. The PainPod Team
