“I would give this company 0 stars if I could - a overwhelmingly negative experience - I will never shop with them again. I ordered boots in January - they took forever to get here and run ridiculously small - I even sized up a whole size and I could barely get my foot in. Then even though their website says 'easy returns' it was not at all easy (and they charge all sorts of hidden fees). I ended up finally deciding on an exhange because of all the return/restocking fees. It took weeks for it to get back to them and without any notice that it was received. Then it took over a week for them to finally just give me a partial refund instead of sending me the boots I had ordered for an exchange because they don't put what you order for an exchange on hold and it was sold out by the time they processed my return. Customer service was horrible and unresponsive. Buyers beware!”
