“I am very disappointed with this cargo service, they keep lying and have no clue where the parcel is. They promise every week it will be delivered. Very poor service. Kindly DO NOT send your goods from the service, I have lost hope that I will not be getting my parcel.”

“I am trying my best to stop them trading in UK I have already launched complaint with trading standard and I came to know they are also involved in tax theft and fraud so please report them to trading standard so we can stop these thieves as soon as possible”

“Very poor service.. Air cargo supposed to reach on 5th Aug.. reached on 26th Aug... Then also one peice missing... No clue what will happen... I had to call at least 15 or 20 times to get some sense... Told I will get it on various dates... But no avail.. When I complained about the missing parcel.. A form done.. Called the following day.. the customer service person says he does not know.. will ask again... then very rude... In his words ... we won't give you the package... do whatever you want to do... I seriously have been very disappointed... Poor behavior ... Invoice 86894”
