“your driver was suppose to pick up my baggage today 11 to 13 hours .He did not turn up an d then he phoned me at3.00 saying that he does not have bags to pick up my baggage. He has wasted all my day and I would not recommend your company to anyone and furher more I am going to put your company name on facebook that no one should do business with you. Very unreliable with 000 customer service”

“These people giving dates to customer and misguiding them about collection . When the collection day comes they shift to next week . These people are hard to rely on”

“Malik Amjad Excellent support by staff based n London and pakistan . Would very much recommend to other friends r family members in regards to this company my all friends r family anywhere n Uk always call this company One fault i,d like to point out from my experience when the cargo is being delivered the delivery pepole call a minimum 1 hour or 30 mins beforehead so there,s very less time and causes a mishap with the Above everything a very supportive experience”

“I have been sending cargo stuff since more then 14 years and I have never seen this kinda awful service This cargo doing it, I have been told air cargo 2 weeks time now it has been more then 4 weeks and the customer service is a joke himself, keep telling every second day your stuff is coming next 2 days since 2 weeks, I rather not use this service ever, Awful experience”

“Fraudsters, they stole my valuables, my items were missings when collected in pakistan. I had to collect the item from local office. Delivery time was more than 4 weeks. These guys are unproffessional and customer service is disgrace.”
