“Worst Cargo service ever. send 8 bags to pakistan in August but inky 7 dleievrd. been calling them for a month and they keep saying we will check . sent so many emails but not a single reply. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST. THE WORST EVER. WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.”

“Very unreliable! I was given a time for pickup and was told I would receive a call one day prior to inform me of pickup time. I never received a call so I called myself and was told my stuff would now be picked up on the next day. I waited the next day to receive a call for pickup time, again no call so I kept calling myself. They are very slow at picking up and when they did pickup they guy told me he still has to make the schedule for tomorrow and he’d call me back. The time was 5 pm and they close at 6 and you can guess it, I didnt get any call. Worst unprofessional company I’ve ever seen! Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Mai ne first time iss company k sath Cargo kia, mujhy darr tha, kiyon k comments drany waly thy, Mera Cargo 4th September ko pick kia gaya, company ne mujhy 30th October delivery date Di, Cargo 5th November ko delivery ho gaya, Mai ne samaan bhejny se pehlay pics leen, ore delivery k baad mujy mery ghar walon ne pics send keen, mery hi hath ki lagi tapes thin, so mai next time bhi issi company k sath rahon gi, INSHA ALLAH.”

“Worst cargo company ever. I posted my cargo 10 weeks ago still no sign. For the last three weeks, they keep telling that it'll be delivered imminently but that's all lies. They don't have any system of tracking or a customer service number in Pakistan. It's been a nightmare. Please avoid them at all costs.”
