“Please be aware of this cargo service as they have the worst customer services department once you pay them and handover the cargo for delivery. They have a representative named Hassan who picks up the phone with the world's most disrespectful attitude and response. It was a huge mistake to choose Pakistan Cargo 4U's services. Transit time of door to door sea-freight from the UK to Pakistan is approximately 6-8 weeks but here this company has taken for over 10 weeks to deliver the cargo to given location. Probably they have aforementioned rep. sitting in Pakistan to take calls and then let the customers suffer and on top of it they blame everything on customs which is not true because door to door delivery time includes customs clearance from both UK and Pakistan but these people use vague excuse that customs in Pakistan held up the cargo etc. which caused the delay and I can assure you that's incorrect as I am myself a supply chain professional who can bet that they are using customs name to cover their incompetency and delay. In the closing, it's a sad reflection that they are horrible with their customer services and technically no one rather should be really sending any cargo through this low performing named Pakistan Cargo 4U.”

“i sent my items on 09-02-22 and still waiting. they dont reply at all. I;ve left my reviews many times but now i can see that there's other people complainging and i assume that thier stuff sent almost the same timescale. i;m leaving my number here so that whoever in this situation, we can make a group and sort out this matter with these people. “Rubbish service, when we contact your office for an update all they say is we will call you tomorrow and will let you know but that tomorrow never comes and they never call you back with an update. It’s been two weeks and I am still waiting for an update.”

“Don’t send anything from them. I send my cargo through them invoice no 92022 about 4 months ago still not delivered and now they are not answering my calls and cut my number when ever I manage to speak with them. They are scam. They are opening people bags and sell the items.I am currently talking with citizen advice bureau to take them to court.”

“Fraud, scammers, charge large amounts and promise to deliver items. 11 weeks I’m waiting for my shipment. Customer service (2 illegal immigrants) don’t know how to service customers with answers, the manager Amir is useless as they cannot provide tracking number or any details about my shipment so I assume my cargo worth £5000 is missing. Great. Well, the Bank is investing this, so are the Police with fraud investigators To close the company down and get me my refund and compensation. Trading standards with Action fraud have gotten involved to visit the office. Oh and expect a Big law suit. PakistanCargo4U is full of sh*t Anyone in the same position Ring up your bank and the police as well as trading standards they will deal with it and get Ombudsmen involved.”

“Never ever use their service. Be aware people these are fraud MyInvoice number 92495 Parcel collected from my home on 11-02-2022 and it supposed to be delivered before 26th February My brothers wedding . But today the date is 14th April and still no signs of delivery or any updates. I gave them £110 for air cargo for 16 kgs weight .All stuff were gifts and most expensive one I have spend more than more than £2000 pounds on those gifts still my family havnt received anything. Every week I have been told you will get information on Monday and that Monday doesn't come staff is really annoying they just said stuff is with custom that's it. Just the rubbish ,un professional service . I am going to file a law suit against them.”

“DO NOT TRUST THIS CARGO SERVICE TOTALLY FRAUD, FULL OF LIE INVOICE NO: 92816 16th of March they have collected my 4 parcels from Slough for Air Cargo with promise to deliver it to Islamabad in 2 weeks. This is 4th week now, today date 13th April 2022, no sign of my parcels, they can’t give me Pakistan office name or contact number. I Paid £382 pounds,I’m in Pakistan myself and still no sign of parcels, they make fake promises. I had argument with them, still they don’t give air cargo name, they only telling Parcels in Islamabad with customs. 2 weeks now it’s with custom but not giving any refrence or information of parcel location. They don’t have local office in Pakistan. They don’t provide any contact details in pakistan. Please DO NOT use this service, or forget about your parcels. They meant to deliver my parcels this week, now we have been given another story that Monday they will give me location or TCS refrence number. They all full of LIE.. This is 4th week and no sign of my parcels, They meant to deliver last week,then this week, and now Monday they will pass the information where the hells my parcels are.. I’ll be keep on posting with updates. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICES. ONCE I RETURN TO UK, I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY BECZ I PAID THEM FOR AIR CARGO.They meant to deliver within 2-3 weeks.. When they have no answers they cut off the phone, they put phone on hold or mute the mic . I have sent them emails still no reply to it.. MONDAY 18th April 2022 I will update you with my situation….”

“Avoid at all costs. My air cargo was supposedly shipped on 15/02/2022, and still not delivered (date today is 12/04/2022). Customer service is appalling, each time I call the gentlemen gets angry why i’m calling and asking for an update. As a customer I’m entitled to do so as you’ve just provided a service and it’s my shipment that i’ve paid for. All I get told is that the courier has changed and the shipment is still at Lahore customs and will be delivered when released. Surely a reputable company can get an ETA of its release and ask why it’s taking so long, but no not here as the gentelman just gets agitated and cuts the phone off. I’ve used the company previously but the service received this time round is beyond shocking.”

“fake people fake compnay , if you see thier review section, after every bad review they put one good review . my stuff is stuck with them from last 9 weeks which i sent by air cargo and still hasnt received and they're not giving any satisfiying reply. Just want to aware others to stay safe and never send anything with them and Please advice what should i do to recover my goods.”

“There’s no rate lower than one star so be grateful it’s at 1 star. Paid for Aircargo, which usually takes 2 weeks right? No it’s been 5 weeks and still no news or no tracking number to see where my shipment is. Customer service can’t help because they don’t use information. Long story short the stuff in my shipment are very important however still not received them. Paid a lot of money for my shipment to disappear? Answers please”

“Totally fraud company don't trust this company I send 17 boxes of cargo cost me £684/- one was missing other damage they have no office in Pakistan only one person awnswer the phone all lies I send on 20th Nov 2021 for Islamabad and received on 22nd of Feb 2022 after 3 month no guarantee that you receive your items on time and safe. SAEED RAN A INVOICE NO. 91671 CONTACT NO 07429 225 228 / 0331 367 3667”
