“Extremely poor service I had a very bad experience with them twice they made a excuse first time second happened the same they always lied 6to 8 weeks but delivered after 3 months not reliable at all I will never recommend the customer service is worse never talked nicely”

“Very bad service . They charged me for the by air cargo and its after three and half weeks my parcel has not been delivered . Every time I call they give me false promises . My friends did mention to me about their service that it’s not great . But I made mistake sending cargo through this company. I will never make this mistake again .”

“Really disappointed with the company.that was my first experience with cargo and it was not great at all. First my parcel was 3 weeks late than the expected date.and whenever I called to track it they kept on saying we are having some custom issues which I do understand happens sometimes . Then the company in Pakistan couldn’t deliver the parcel because according to them “the received had moved from the address “🥴luckily I was on tracking continuously so after I saw that I started to make the calls , emails etc finally they called the family there and sorted the delivery with them. On top of all that stuff is missing from my parcel.😡 I called the company here to report about that and he said he has filed the complaint and will track it and let me know in 2 days.never called I called him back and he was super mean and rude. He said he doesn’t have any updates and can’t do anything, if we get any updates he will let me know and it’s been more than a month now and I haven’t got any updates from them. Really poor customer service .”

“Please please don’t go with this company there scammers. They run different company names but they are the same people. Don’t waste time time and money and whoever got scammed by these people please go to police station with proof they will help you and give Hassan name because we’ve lost our money now let’s get together and shut them down.”

“Sent my parcel in September and now it’s new year. 100s of calls, messages, messenger msgs but some random person sends a msg once after few weeks that they are locating or contacted via email or it will be delivered soon. Still waiting it to be delivered. And no one has answered why it’s so late. So fed up of this service now that I will never use it again. In the past they were brilliant and I had recommended to my whole family and we were all sending parcels regularly till this happened. Won’t be using it again. You have lost your regular customers I am afraid.”

“Wish I had read the reviews before sending cargo with them there most common excuse is stuck in customs reading the reviews I am worried when they will get it I set baby clothes probly get there before the next 1 is born The only excuse that I they give is stuck in customs and they won't have give you tracking number so as alll parcels have them”

“I used their air cargo service, where a member of their team collected cargo from my house on 14th December. It’s not delivered yet and whenever I call them, either they don’t answer or if they do all they say is that cargo is still with customs. They haven’t provided me with any contact number of their pakistan office. I am really annoyed by their poor service. They keep on saying it wil be delivered within a week but now they are not even answering.”

“I booked my parcel for Pakistan on 18 October and promised to be delivered on 14 December but up to today 20 December I am in Pakistan and waiting for my parcel every time I call get the same answer parcel is with custom in Karachi and I don’t know how long it will take to clear from custom. I request to management please take special action to clear the shipment.”

“Pathetic service! Highly not recommend at all. I booked my 22 kg for air cargo they reassured me I will be reached in 1 week to 10 days I paid extra for this. Now it’s been one month now still my family has not received parcel when I call them they don’t answer my phone. I don’t know what I can do can someone please guide me how to complaint against them?”

“I have been their customer but they lost me as this time they not only charged 10£ extra than mentioned on receipt but also there were very important gifts missing from my luggage worth almost £500 , whenever I call them they say wait. Fortunately I am a journalist so making a report for TV as well as taking them in consumer court. If anyone else has same issues do what's app me at 07404084933 so that I take your sot as well for the report.”
