“I have given my cargo to cargo 4u.8weeks still not delivered told tody another 1 to 2 weeks. I will not send cargo with them. lord cargo are the best.”

“They are bunch of liers and their services are detoriating day by day ,I called them to send a cargo to Pakistan ,They promised to pick up the cargo on wedensday09th September but they have not come ,then they promise for 15th September and then for 16th september ,I kept on calling them to confirm collection but all in vain , I asked the number of their owner Aamir ,but they have not given . They wasted my three weeks and now I am going without dispatching the cargo. I am not going to spare them and reserve my right to go to court of law.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My cargo was collected by these guys on the 09/07/2021 which means that it has now been over a month now. I paid a total of 336 pounds for air cargo. I asked for my cargo to be sent to Pakistan via Air Cargo. It was confirmed to me on the phone that my cargo would be sent buy air and that the cargo would be sent the following week (week commencing 12/July) The representative on the call also confirmed that the air cargo option will take a total of 2 weeks to reach its destination in Pakistan. When these guys came to collect the cargo from my home on the 09/07/2021 they again confirmed with me the method of delivery was via air cargo and marked each box accordingly The above means that the cargo should have been delivered to my recipients’ location in Pakistan by at least 26/07/2021 – it has now been over 2 weeks over the promised delivery date. From the time my cargo was collected I have contacted this company numerous times asking for an update and the tracking code – every time I have asked I was met with a very rude representative. I was lied to repeatedly over the course of the last 1 month regarding my cargo. I was told over a dozen times that I would have to wait just 10 minutes to receive via text my tracking number for my cargo. This has not yet happened. I have not received anything via text or email. More recently over the last week I have been calling and was told that my delivery will reach my recipient in Pakistan in week commencing 09/08/2021 – I have waited every week since and have not received any confirmation that such a thing has happened From what I can deduce it seems that these have either, mishandled/misappropriated my cargo or they sent my cargo not via air but by another cheaper method such as shipping.”

“I send my Delivery on 25th may and it's supposed to to receive after 4 week but my brother still waiting I had a bad experience with Pakistan cargo 4u when I call them even the number not going through they's put answer machine don't send anything”

“This is a fraud company please avoid them as we sent our parcel on 9th July and paid for air cargo but my family didn't receive parcel yet. When I ask them for tracking number they kept saying we'll call u back. Please report them to ombudsman because this is fraud company. Our luggage was 1500 worth and 300 for air cargo. These thrives aren't answing calls now. Please please avoid them.”

“Really bad customer service they lie to you about the time it will get there in I was told my air cargo will get there in 10-14 days and it’s been 4 weeks still not got to the destination and also charge you extra when they turn up to collect your cargo then the price they say to you over the phone customer service is extremely poor over the phone I asked to speak to the manager they cut the call on me then wouldn’t answer my call when I called back”

“My shipment was supposed to be delivered within 6-8 weeks as they told me at pick up. But its two and half month later. its still not delivered yet. I have called so many time, they don't pick up 9 out of 10 times and one time when they pick up, they give a false date of next 8-10 days. Never going to use their service ever again.”

“I have been sending parcels to Pakistan using this service for quite sometime but last few months, their service has been very very poor. They have increased their prices and service has gone down. Parcel sent by Sea takes 3 months and by Air takes 5 to 6 weeks. You try to contact them but no one answers the calls, when they answer, they are only telling lies, very bad customer service. This cargo service is not reliable at all.””

“I’ve send parcel on 10 of March but still not delivered yet as today is 20 of June the worse experience of my life ever I will not recommend to anyone to send stuff to Pakistan with this company and they keep lying not providing Pakistani Warehouse number who is going to deliver the stuff jus saying wait they will contact us but no one contact us to deliver the parcel”

“I am writing regarding my parcel delivery from London to Rawalpindi and the delivery date was 25/05/2021. My friend send her courier with another company her was deliver on 2nd of June in spite of the fact she send it 10 days of later then mine . I tried to call mr Usman who came to collect bit he is not picking up calls and no reply to text . I have his chat when he need to come for collection he was sending me text . When I call to your office number the person who worked there and pick up the calls he does not have any professional manners I call 4 times 3times he picked up he is lie again and again . When I call first time in 21/05/21 to confirm the delivery he said call me on 24/05/21 Monday to confirm when I call he said it will be delivered this week Saturday 29/05/21 When I call on 29/05/21. The new person pick up call ( normally the one is there I can recognised his voice ) parcel is still in Karachi I asked him why he lie then he said sorry call me couple of days I will confirm the date because no containers are out all the companies containers are stuck there then I call him on 3rd or 4th June he said now out containers are clear now and Karachi to Rawalpindi is by road 48 hours drive and your parcel will be delivered on 12/06/21 Saturday Today I call to confirm today my parcel is going to delivered he started to argued with me abs telling me because of custom out containers are still there . Why he is keep lying . My complain is your services is causing me stress Your staff is lying and untrustworthy Your staff lie to me by saying all the companies containers are blocked hit when I told him my friend parcel has been delivered then he said it’s our ones blocked You are breaching your business principals and code of conduct by misrepresentations and lying This is my formal complain and I need answer in 24 to 48 hours . I am talking this complain yo ombudsman as well because no one from your company told me about terms of conditions when he send me receipt or invoice then there was terms of conditions and today the person in the office he told me do what you want to do there is terms and conditions on invoice which comes in fraud.”
