“Invoice 88802 There customer service is absolutely disgrace, they have no manners or skills on how to communicate. I tried to trace up a parcel for a friend from Pakistan, who was told he will receive his parcel on the 16th January 2021. With many calls to them I got through to them, who can't speak English and eveytime he couldn't answer my question or didn't understand me he just hanged up. However on the 24th January 2021 I called them again to find out about my friends parcel and asked them for a tracking number, first they said they don't have it then they said they don't give it out to customers after me telling them i will report them to trading standards I'm sure you guys have a tracking number if you really sent it out they gave me a tracking number that did not work. I then called TCS company in London and found out they only send out the parcel on the 25th January 2021. Once my friend received the parcel on 29th January 2021 his items where missing, his parcels were cut open and items broken. These people are meant to be professionals and trustworthy as people spend hundreds of pounds to send their personal items aboard. I will now be reporting them to Trading standards.”

“I wish if I could give them -100...there no words made to describe their service.Par el was meant to be delivered by 6th Jan. they are not replying to any emails and phone calls!!!if there is delay, at least take calls and update about situation. Modern fraudsters!”

“Very bad service. They collected my stuff on the 12th November and told me it will be delivered in 6 weeks but then send me invoice stating the delivery date as 11th January. However its now 25th January and its not being delivered. When i called they gave me a tracking number for TCS and told me that it will be delivered within 2 days. When i entered the number onto TCS website it comes up as not valid!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL.”

“So far have been utterly disappointed! We booked their services on 24/12/20 and were told the parcels would be delivered in 2 weeks time. However, the receipt states the delivery date as 18/02/21. I have been calling their numbers like crazy but no one answers. I have emailed them as well but no response. I am beginning to fear the worst, especially after reading all the reviews. I wish I had read the reviews before booking their services.”

“Not,answered in call,if answered not talk...i send parcel 18 of November 2020...today is 21 of January 2021... I dont know where is parcel,what happened,..normally company's answer or explain..In pakistan people waiting this parcel...If company not answered and not explain what happened...I written complain and ask compensation. Thanks.”

“Very very very bad service. Staff in service desk have no clue when your pacel will be delivered . Almost chasing for my parcel for 1 month and all the time they give you wrong dates. Delivery date was 23rd December 2020 but now its 14 jan 2021 and still not received my parcel yet.I will not recommend anyone for sending their parcel with them. Otherwise you will be chasing up your parcel. This was my first and last time sending parcel with Them. Don’t send your stuff with them.”

“I was told a certain ate for delivery but my parcel wasn’t delivered. Ao i waited another week and then another week. Now it’s the third week i am being told to “wait another week”. Terrible service!”

“Very disappointed with the service provided by pak cargo 4 u. Sent a shipment and am into.12 weeks not delivered. Have been advised by various people for last 4 weeks that it will be with is by weekend. Nothing. Shipment has not arrived, shipment is at warehouse due to be delivered. Will be with you in few days. Emailed and completed online form asking for call back nothing, asked for senior to call me waiting day 3. You get a different reason from different people when you ask for an update and even the same person will give you one reason one day and the next totally different.”

“First time tried this service. Very disappointed. Send my stuff to Pakistan in October and they promised to deliver in 6 to 8 weeks but my parcel is still not been delivered. Keep calling them but the call center staff doesn't tell you when it's gonna be delivered. Every time they give me one week time. They charged me extra money. The business owner usman never comes on the phone to solve the problem. I will never recommend this service to anyone else. Stay away from them I hope they will deliver in 2021. If not I will ask for my full refund.”

“I am a kind of person who normally do not leave reviews but this service has made me to leave a comment here. If you are person who can not cope with depression or anxiety then I will strongly advise not to use this service at all. Poor customer service with lack of communication between staff. I have got wrong information every time I rung in office. I booked my stuff in Oct and gave maximum time due to pandemic and its been more then 10 weeks now but my stuff is still not delivered which has caused lot of stress and problems because we needed the stuff before the 20th December. One of my other family member booked stuff after me and it was delivered before the expected time. Staff dealing in London do not even know the status of the parcel and give wrong information every time. Even I managed to speak with the owner of business once and it was useless to speak with him either. Please save your time, energy and do not use this service at all.”

“Worst Cargo service ever. send 8 bags to pakistan in August but inky 7 dleievrd. been calling them for a month and they keep saying we will check . sent so many emails but not a single reply. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST. THE WORST EVER. WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM.”

“Very unreliable! I was given a time for pickup and was told I would receive a call one day prior to inform me of pickup time. I never received a call so I called myself and was told my stuff would now be picked up on the next day. I waited the next day to receive a call for pickup time, again no call so I kept calling myself. They are very slow at picking up and when they did pickup they guy told me he still has to make the schedule for tomorrow and he’d call me back. The time was 5 pm and they close at 6 and you can guess it, I didnt get any call. Worst unprofessional company I’ve ever seen! Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Worst cargo company ever. I posted my cargo 10 weeks ago still no sign. For the last three weeks, they keep telling that it'll be delivered imminently but that's all lies. They don't have any system of tracking or a customer service number in Pakistan. It's been a nightmare. Please avoid them at all costs.”

“your driver was suppose to pick up my baggage today 11 to 13 hours .He did not turn up an d then he phoned me at3.00 saying that he does not have bags to pick up my baggage. He has wasted all my day and I would not recommend your company to anyone and furher more I am going to put your company name on facebook that no one should do business with you. Very unreliable with 000 customer service”

“I have been sending cargo stuff since more then 14 years and I have never seen this kinda awful service This cargo doing it, I have been told air cargo 2 weeks time now it has been more then 4 weeks and the customer service is a joke himself, keep telling every second day your stuff is coming next 2 days since 2 weeks, I rather not use this service ever, Awful experience”
