“Fraudsters, they stole my valuables, my items were missings when collected in pakistan. I had to collect the item from local office. Delivery time was more than 4 weeks. These guys are unproffessional and customer service is disgrace.”

“I am very disappointed with this cargo service, they keep lying and have no clue where the parcel is. They promise every week it will be delivered. Very poor service. Kindly DO NOT send your goods from the service, I have lost hope that I will not be getting my parcel.”

“I am trying my best to stop them trading in UK I have already launched complaint with trading standard and I came to know they are also involved in tax theft and fraud so please report them to trading standard so we can stop these thieves as soon as possible”

“Very poor service.. Air cargo supposed to reach on 5th Aug.. reached on 26th Aug... Then also one peice missing... No clue what will happen... I had to call at least 15 or 20 times to get some sense... Told I will get it on various dates... But no avail.. When I complained about the missing parcel.. A form done.. Called the following day.. the customer service person says he does not know.. will ask again... then very rude... In his words ... we won't give you the package... do whatever you want to do... I seriously have been very disappointed... Poor behavior ... Invoice 86894”

“Terrible experience with this company They put extra weight of the suitcase , i request to weight again it was 3kg less. I ve paid £175 for 31kg of suitcase through air cargo, after 5 weeks its still not delivered. This company should be banned in Uk. Before this they stolen all goods from cargo.cheap and nasty people”

“Most Shittiest Cargo company ever. After delay of weeks they stole all the expensive goods and replaced them with damped stinky wet clothes. Don’t use them or you will regret later as we are regretting now. All the good reviews are fake by the staff themselves most probably.”

“They are thieves. Stuff reached in about 11 weeks. They broke the lock of the suitcase and took stuff out. Took all the expensive perfumes such as Gucci Guilty, Gucci cologne, Hugo Boss, David Beckham, etc... They also put one third quality perfume and a few wet clothes and a blanket in it to match the weight. My invoice no is 86130. I will complain about this company to whatever end I can take, will sue if needed. Most of the other reviews are paid so refrain from this company.”

“It has been more than 10 weeks I sent a cargo and only one got sent And the customer service is really bad I tried to call them and they were not picking up the phone for 3 weeks very bad dont trust them”

“One of the shittiest cargo service, with the most unprofessional customer service. I have been trying to call them from Pakistan since the last one month on a daily basis they dont even attend the phone. My family called from UK and were given stories only to be told that the parcel is still somewhere in UK 1 month down the line. These guys are liars.”
