“The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked my 2 parcels for Pakistan on March 24 and now it's June 10. There is no update. Nobody reply, nobody pick up the phone, nobody reply the email and email reminder and SMS.”

“Bad costumer service, every time I call the guy is so rude an keeps telling me from 2weeks that my stuff is in constom. I'm really worried an regret sending stuff with them. Don't use there service at all plz b aware. Really disappointing”

“They charge air cargo price and they give me delivery time 7 to 10 days but they haven’t delivered yet it’s 22 days now they still lying, when we call them they said oh it’s in Lahore We let u know tomorrow.when we call agin they said it’s stuck with customer surveys Then they said it’s in Sialkot 🤔what is this r they trying to deliver by sea I’m very very disappointed I recommend all of u not to use that cargo 4u please otherwise u will suffer and they make u mad absolutely unreliable.”

“Hi i sent my parcel it’s been 2 and half months but Its not delivered yet I phone them on there number and asked about my parcel they said it will be delivered after Eid but it’s not yet delivered I phoned them again but know they not even picking up all I can Say please delivered my parcel if you can’t delivered then please stop 🛑 steeling people’s items and money”

“Worst experience ever would not recommend this company. Was given 8 weeks for delivery however each time I called them they gave me a new date. Very unreliable and unprofessional attitude. I would have appreciated if i was given the exact time frame from the start so I could have chosen an other company. It was extremely frustrating and annoying. Please don't choose this company.”

“I m begging all of you never use their services. All the 5 star rating are fake they do it themselves. All the 0 star rating are actually real. 3 month over no chance of stuff delivery every time called Hassan said 8-10 days from last 2 months . Super Trained cheaters all the staff. We should all complain to trading standards and stop this company to help others. They are 💯 chor company. Don’t reply you . Everything fake in this company.”

“I am begging all of you not to use this service at all. I send stuff about 3 month ago now and have to call them every single day to ask when it will be delivered, they keep telling me the date that they will deliver it but nothing has arrived yet. They keep changing the date. I have spend so much money to bought all the stuff and 100 pounds to send these stuff but no idea where it will or wont be with my family. Horrible service and staff.”

“Delivered four weeks late with missing items and when you call no one wants to help. One guy answers the phone a so called Hassan who doesn’t have a clue and is obsolete! Finally got a reply on FB messenger as soon as issue mentioned they disappeared and won’t reply!”

“Very very disappointed they tell you stories and do promises that will be delivered on time but in reality they keep on saying that you will receive your parcel in 2 days but you will not receive any thing and have to chase up for you parcel and again same stories”

“The company owner calls you idiot fool if you ask for missing items or damaged. He will tell you not to contact me and if you ask him a question he will threaten you to come to his warehouse and deal with you physically??? All i asked that my boxes are damaged and opened, all my stuff is missing can you investigate, he answered " You stole your stuff and dont make me fool go to any court i dont give a f*ck. Sympathy for this poor guy, needs some medical attention. The currier will rob you and insult you. Bunch of unprofessionals more like idiots”

“They promised to pick up but cancelled at the last second. I had a flight the next day. I had to get a relative to arrange another service. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I told them that they broke contract and they said as they didn't accept payment therefore its not on them. Pathetic company, kept cutting the call and saying they will call back but no one knows what is going on so they don't.”

“Please avoid these guys. 1-Their driver took cash from me for packaging but he didn't wrap my bags. 2- they'll definitely try to open your bag,will definitely try to steal your stuff.”

“Absolutely jokes these lot are. Please guys don’t use them again. It’s all bull sh*t. 8 week max lead time is now entering in 12th week but no sign of delivery and no response from them on phone too. I am going to bang on their doors very soon if I don’t get anywhere next two days”

“The worst service ever... I have send three full bags through this service.. after nine weeks they delivered two bags at given address and one bag was missing... When i called them they said that your one bag was send in other shipment and it will be deliver to the given address with in a week its been 12 weeks but there is no sign... i keep on calling them but they have excuse every-time... This is not reliable company at all. I would not suggest anyone to avail this service by any cost.”
