“Rubbish customer service and un professional employees. It has been over 12 weeks and we have not recieved our parcel. Each time we phone we are told you will recieve the parcel in two days after two days they repeat the same thing.”

“i had a very bad experience with you i have send the parcel on 5th April 2020 and its 5th July now my parcel is still not received its been 4 months now i am trying to call your office no one pick up the phone some time a person picks up the phone he have no manners. how to talk to the customers he have no idea can you please change this guy first and bring some decent person and please help me to find my parcel thanks”

“Don’t trust their 5 star rating. This is the second time I send my parcel through them. And the promise they made to you that your parcel will reach in time , is a big big lie. As the first time I send my parcel it was late and some of my stuff was missing . And now a send my parcel in March but still after 3 months they are making excuses everyday that it will be with you tomorrow. And I think this tomorrow will not come.”

“Good price but poor service. Pick up guys were very good and reasonable prices. Shipping is a joke and no information available once delivered. Dates promised never materialised and excuses of items being held up in Pakistan customs, Karachi warehouse, salkot warehouse etc try to pay a little more and find a more reliable logistics provider. Money you save will cost you in the incoming delay.”

“I booked 73 kg consignment from Lo don to Islamabad but astonishingly few items were stolen / found missing from the consignment. Further no credible tracking/ complaint system exists ... disappointedly I don't recommend this service”

“I a week before I send a air cargo to kpk swabi. First of all they didn’t deliver to address the one I given. They call my brother and give the address that you need come and take your staff from here . The address they given to my brother which is 20 mile far away from my place . So this the first failure for there service .. Secondly I send 2 bags the weight is 45kg both bags . Both bags was locked my self. When they deliver arrived home the lock was broken both . And a lot of things was missing. Which includes a gifts is well. So simply they steal many things from it . I Never used before air cargo but there is something urgent so I use there service. Bad experience Now putting a review here before I call them 3 days in row . But every time the answer from the guy call tomorrow 10 o’clock. Not sort it out yet ..”

“This company is a fraud I sent my parcel by air cargo that worked out £80 for 20kg... what the company did was take money for air cargo and send it by sea so they fraudulently made thrice the amount of money they would have made by sending my parcel by sea cargo. The company stop answering calls on the third week and would only message to tell us that the parcels have been stopped at customs this was a lie. Because the parcel was received by the time it takes to receive a sea parcel.Please avoid this company. It deserves 0 stars if it gave me the option. Now I will contact them to try to get my money back as much as I can, which I highly think is impossible.”

“I was Cargo my goods to Pakistan in July . Fist they not send me email and invoice number. Secondly now my 2 bags didn’t receive there . When I ask they didn’t not accept . Even they not noted my comment. Now I don’t know what I can do”

“3 parcels were collected on 23rd of June... but only two delivered and one is still missing, chasing them for the missing parcel.. but they do not know where is it and not responding properly... not sure how are they doing business... better not to use their services as it could be waste of your stuff, time and money.... along with the pain which they don't understand.....”
