“Totally scam. To all coming customer trust me if you see reviews with 5 stars dont believe that. Because the owner of this company or staff giving 5 starts to themselves. I am 500% sure every single customer who booked thier cargoo from them are abusing them. you moron dont put 5 starts by yourself . leave it on cutomers. they take more than 4 weeks to deliver to pakistan for air cargoo. they are charging money for air cargoo and semd it by sea. if you dont believe me . just try their service you’ll also curse them on their dirty face.”

“Horrible experience. Completely unreliable. Didn’t arrive on time and most of the items are missing. Haven’t got a reply regarding my inquiry. My Family received the parcel today with half the stuff missing.. I sent cosmetics (i.e. mascara eye palette and a couple of lipsticks etc) headphones and a couple of kids fancy costumes along with other clothes. All the above items apart from a few clothes is not there”

“Pakistan cargo think there in Pakistan there operational style is Pakistani there lie on top of lie with fake promises do not deliver when promised of on the time frame said I will never use them instead use the ones in Ilford at least they don’t lie to you my invoice 76113 and I don’t care if they delay my order longer after this review DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS”

“A very bad service timeframe was 6-8 weeks now it’s been 10 weeks no delivery they always promise on phone but never for fill promises they always say tomorrow tomorrow I’ve used others before never had this issue I will never use or recommend this company, they operate like Pakistan style fraady style”

“"Invoice number 7284. They are looters and thieves. Took out my expensive stuff from my parcels and didn’t deliver in two years time. Every time I call they don’t have manager in office and company owner always on holidays. They didn’t deliver my parcels and not answering my phone calls. Totally liars and thieves they are.”

“Really bad service. I sent to shipping order .1 i have received My stuff was missing.i did complain.no action they don't bother to reply.waste of money.they close in front of you bag and later on open and take out expensive stuff.should close this company.i am waiting for my 2nd and last shipping order if something missing from that shippment I will do police complain about this company.”

“Please please do not use this company they are compulsive liars and become rude when you challenge them. My sister booked her air cargo a month before she was supposed to arrive in Lahore the stuff arrived 2 days before she was due to leave and come home. They consistently lied and all the time the suitcases were still in London. I was ringing them daily and they blamed the unrest in Pakistan and said customs were holding he suitcases in Pakistan. What they didn’t know was that a very high ranking official in customs was related to us and he personally was trying to track down her cargo. They finally told the truth that it hadn’t left London on the day they shipped it but instead of sending it to Lahore which is what we paid for they sent it to Karachi. This added another 3 days as it now had to clear customs in Karachi and then be sent by train to Lahore before their agent collected it and delivered to the address. Compulsive lying all the way through and items missing from the cases. We challenged them when my sister came home but they became rude and aggressive.”

“Below is a copy of my most recent email i have sent. I have tried to contact many times, no truthful or honest reply. Very rude short reply full of lies keeps telling us arrives at port, is at the depot, will be delivered this week etc. I have had to contact trading standards and citizens advice to try to get a reply from this company. To whom It may concern, Having attempted to contact you several times by phone and email and not once receiving a truthful or honest response. I have now contacted consumer services to enquire regarding my rights as a consumer. It has been 10 weeks since our cargo was collected. I know from previous experience that it does not take this long for the shipment to arrive at its destination. Having previously received shipments in 6 & 8 weeks. All it takes is an honest answer as to the date of delivery yet you tell a different story everytime. We live in a highly technical age wherein everything is monitored and tracked and I cannot believe that you do not know where the shipment is or when it will be delivered. Your replies are rude and curt. No greeting or regards. The goods I have sent are perishable and will be of little or no value by this point therefore “The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. In my opinion, you did not use reasonable care and skill when you provided this service. In fact I have received no service at all. I want you to fix the problem and ensure delivery to me in the next 2/3 days and give me a partial refund of shipping fees paid or I will require a full refund of the entire shipment and price paid for shipping. “Fraudulent company This company is a fraud - I had sent my cargo through their express service at the start of November - it still hasn’t arrived. Every time I ring there is dummy who answers the call, and gives absurd reasons for delay - such as cargo plane hasn’t arrived , your cargo is with the customes in PK or there is delay with delivery. Everyone you ring they have new reason. I have reported them to trading standards and I will make sure they will receive punishment for misleading customers with fraudulent statements about their services. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“They have pathetic service. They are liars and thieves. Do not trust them. I have never seen such a stupid staff and bad service in my life. I have sent some luggage to Pakistan from Birmingham, they promised me to deliver the same on 14th of November. I paid them air freight also. But they delivered my luggage on 25th after several calls and daily follow up. They have also stolen 5 expensive items including hand bags and sweaters. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Be careful guys. They are thieves and liars. Invoice #75256”
