“They promise to send my items on Saterday via air cargo 3 weeks have past and they still have not sent my parcel. Upon having to fight with them to get my parcel and money back they had already opened up both of the parcels and had just taped on top. Definetly not happy will be takinng this matter to small county court”

“if you want stress in your life and the worst consultant I this world then use these useless people. my box was collected on the 27/8/17 and I use been calling these people for 4 weeks every 2 days and every day they have a different excuse. Worst company every. DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY BELIEVE ME YOU WILL REGRET IT. I STILL DON'T HAVE THE BOX DELIVER IN PAKISTAN. Been 3 months when they promised maximum 6 weeks.”

“I would strictly not recommend this. Seriously are you a real company Firstly they didnt give atcual rates on website then while picking up luggage they extra charged us for the bags.which they dont usually. Then they were two weeks late for delievry. And when they delievred after several callls the worse of all they took out our things of about 20 pounds.seriously this is the service straight theft.please dont use this service please”

“Horrible service. First of all had issues with the pickup. Beared with it and eventually delivered my stuff to them. It was shipped in July and it’s november but I only received half of my stuff. Was told it would come in another shipment and even that hasn’t been received. They have also lost two of my air cargo cartons and whenever I call or message I get no response since they have no answers for me . 60kgs of my sea cargo is also lost and not accounted for and no one gives any answers!!! Appalled at the service and the customer service they have provided me. Have called other cargo companies in london and they have delivered my stuff within 7 days. Yet the stuff from July with this company still not here. Management needs to be more courteous and be less aggressive when replying to customers will be posting screen shots soon.”

“This is the worst company in U.K. I would suggest all to take them to court so that they can't play with people's emotions and we are waiting long for the luggage to reach but it has not reached.Plz make efforts to shut this company down😡”

“You bloody thieves, you opened my package you took out valuable things. and then you opened someone else's package and took shoes from their package and put it in mine to make it look like full and even in weight. i'll not leave you unless you give me my stuff back.”

“This is the worst company you can deal with. I paid for air cargo service because I needed my things to be in Pakistan for a wedding. They promised me a delivery date and assured me that it will get delivered before the wedding. The delivery date given was 10th October 2017, but they delivered it on 24th October 2017. By this time our wedding had finished and we had to spend more money and but additional things. Every time I called this company to find out they kept telling me 2-3 days and when I asked to speak to the manager either they would cut the call after keeping m on hold or they would say he not in the office. I was told at the end that my cargo was with customs, this is ridiculous as they advertise door-to-door service and NO CUSTOM!!! After calling the whole week and them telling me the same story and was dealing with someone called Hassan who promised me my cargo would be delivered on 21.10.2017 and he would chase it up. It never happened. NEVER using this company again as they have no respect for their customers. I would defernatly NEVER recommend to anyone as they are very unprofessional and unreliable.”

“I am shocked at the way they treat their customers. I had arranged a collection with them and then on the day of collection they said I never had arranged a collection and hung up on me after I tried to get them to check their records. I called again and told them to check their records properly because they record their calls and then I gave my mobile number and through that they found my details. However they blamed me for providing incorrect post code but I told them that did not mean their driver should avoid calling me as they had promised he would call before coming to collect by arranging a suitable time on the day of collection. They hung up me again and I redialled and they promised to check with their driver and get back to me. They never got back to me so I rang again and they put me on to yet another person who refused to speak English and refused to let me speak to their manager and yet again they hung up on me. This is a terrible unprofessional business that plays with customer's emotions and are not to be relied upon. I would warn anyone wanting to deal with these people to be careful!!”

“Used there service and I am very disappointed with them. My parcel should have been delivered on 22/9/17 and now we are on 29/917 and still not delivered it. Been promised many time in the last week that it will today tomorrow ect. The manager seems to never be there and the call handler seem's to fob you off. Very angry atm.....”

“I want to give o star because my parcel reached after 11 week and some goods were missing too which made me so disturb parcel cost 35£ and missing goods cost 20£ So bad not recommended this service ????????”

“Horrible service throughout,delayed pickup by a week only by a days notice then had two weeks delay in delivering goods. Some pieces of decorations have been delivered damaged. Have been emailing and calling for three weeks no one will respond or take responsibility. Very un professional and pathetic service! Will not recommend them at all!”

“Paid for air cargo for pakistan and its been a month now and its not been delivred. I have been ringing them every other day for past 2 weeks and they just it'll be delivred in 2 days. Worst service ever. I use to send my cargo with other cargo company and never had any problem. This time i made a hugh mistake and use this company. I won't recommend this company to anyone.”

“Never ever use their service ever again they sell fraudently the air cargo service and send it via ship service my air parcel has been with these lot for the fourth week and is still failing to be deivered absolutely apalled with the excuses being given every day!! Allow to use this company ever again oh and its not 0.99p per kilo for air cargo either!!!”

“Sent a package to mirpur 4 weeks ago and still hasn't got there. I was advised 7-10 days. Customer service is rubbish. Wished pay i paid £25 handling charge to anotjrr5 company who deliver within 10 days This company is a scam...rubbish.do not use!”
